The house was very clean and the perfect size for a family of four. Management company was very responsive as well. This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and it did not disappoint. We hope to be back soon!

Nov. 19-26

Our family of 4 traveled to Fins Up during Thanksgiving week. This was our third time to AMI and we love it there! The house was the perfect size for a family of 4. The pool was a little small, but was fine for our family. The weather while we were there was a little cooler so a hot tub would be a great addition, but other than that, the outdoor space was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor TV to watch World Cup games. We had one minor issue with a broken toilet that was promptly fixed. As other reviews have mentioned, the pool alarms are a lot, especially when you aren't travelling with small kids, but we understand they are required. We would definitely would return to this property.

Beautiful, Perfect Location

This location was perfect for our family. Was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Pool perfect for our family of 5. Kitchen had everything one would need. Close and easy access to the beach. Outside shower was so helpful coming back from the beach with sandy kids. Management was spectacular and quick with help needed (all of which were questions with other companies and nothing to do with this property). So so helpful! We would book with Once Upon A Beach again.

Just perfect

Was our 4th time on AMI and this property was perfect for our family (two adults with kids 5 and 8 yo). The whole communitation and check-in / check-out was very easy and great. The property looked just as pictured and was clean. The kitchen was top stocked, both rooms with own bad and enough towels for in and out. The outdoor area was perfect with the pool the dining area. Also there is enough shadow if needed. To the beach was a very short walk. We had few small issues which where promptly solved in no time. Pool alarm was a little annoying. Overall an incredible stay and highly recommended!

Fun time at Fins Up!

My husband and I are Jimmy Buffet fans, so when we saw the name of this property we knew it would be great. This property was perfect for us and our two young daughters (5 & 8). It was extremely clean and looked just as pictured. It was a quick easy walk to the beach, the kitchen came stocked with everything we needed, we had enough linens and everything functioned as it should. We had an issue with the cable that was not the property’s fault and the management company was very responsive. We hosted some local friends for dinner one night and the outdoor area was perfect for entertaining.

Great stay

Great house and everything was immaculately clean. Good location, just a short 2 blocks to beach access. Little things, beds could have been a little better quality and door alarms took some getting used to, but overall an incredible stay.

Great Stay, Beautiful City, Excellent Accomodations!

We had a very good week staying at Fins Up. The house was exactly as advertised. The walk to the beach each day was short and pleasant. My teen girls had fun using the pool every day while we relaxed outside. We loved the location--Anna Maria Island is a beautiful place and we would love to return. If we do, Fins Up will be the first place we look at!

Great house

This house was perfect for our family! It had all that we needed: beach towels, toys, wagon, beach chairs, pool floats! Short walk to the beach, easy for our three boys to walk! We rented bikes and road to meals and explored the island! Had a wonderful first trip to AMI

Just Perfect!!

After two postpones of our wedding, and endless changes, we landed at Fin's Up @ AMI. The house looks brand new, the pool was perfect, 4 minutes walking to beach, that was never crowded, less if you rent bikes. All beach equipment, pool toys, towels, basically everything was provided. Kitchen was fully stocked with any pot, pan, or utensil needed. The house was CLEAN!! Smelled clean, looked clean. They offer an additional Covid cleaning, but for us, we didn't take it, but if you want sound of mind it is great to know it was available. We sat in the pool, watched TV, and ate under the house, grill was clean, and worked perfectly. Nikki was quick to respond and checked in on us to ensure all was perfect after we arrived. Fin's Up was perfect for us to honeymoon, but if ya add a couple kiddo's I can't see why they would not have a perfect time as well!! Thanks for a perfect week, D & S

Very Comfortable

This was a great rental for my wife and I. The heated pool was a nice bonus and the house was very comfortable. Communication was great, thanks again for allowing our early arrival.

Thumbs UP for Fins Up!

Wow! What more could you want from a beach house? The rental is exactly as pictured but still seemed to pleasently surprise us upon arrival. The decor is so cheery and inviting. It was everything our family of five needed. Rent it! You wont regret it!

Awesome house and location!

Trouble with posting this review is that it will encourage you to book this property! It’s sooo clean and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked with items you need to prepare meals. Spices and condiments not provided but I’m not sure that’s by choice, I don t think it’s allowed. Pots and pans and utensils all well stocked. Walk to beach was easy, they have a wagon so that helps. A golf cart would be great to have, recommend renting one. You can use all week rather than driving if you wanted to. All in all super comfortable place, hope to book again soon. Nikki was super easy to deal with which was appreciated. They will get our business when we go back, hands down!

Fins Up...Top Notch!

This property is true to the pictures and amenities advertised. Our family truly enjoyed the outdoor area, having several of our meals pool side. Beach towels and beach equipment provided including a wagon to get back and forth to the beach. Short walk to the most beautiful beaches I've seen in Florida. We will be back next summer!
