This place was so relaxing and clean. Had everything you need. Not a bad walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pool and close to shops. Will be back.

House is clean, well furnished and had a great supply of amenities especially the kitchen cookware and utensils. Providing more toilet paper (4 rolls) paper towels (2 small rolls)and trash bags would have been nice. Pool was also great and well maintained. Overall it was a great place for a week for our family.

Property itself woul earn a 5 star rating, but the service during and after Helene makes a 1 star experience of it. Cancelled by renting agency during our stay. No communication no refund no alternative offer. Coming to the region since 20 years, we’ve never made experiences like that.

Had everything we needed perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the pool and we loved being able to walk to restaurants. One issue with a rodent but it was quickly taken care of (outside and not in the house thankfully!). We will be back!

There was a dead rat in backyard the day we arrived. Dryer did not work well. Bathroom toilet guts not working. Lower level had bad musty smell. Did not use lower level.

The property and location made for a great and relaxing vacation. Minutes walk to a beautiful beach and a great pool to enjoy as a family. We never needed to drive as great restaurants within walking distance and of course the free trolley. Our kids loved the game room which kept them very entertained. Extremely clean and had everything you could need for your stay.

This house had it all, an amazing pool, game room, bikes and all the beach gear you could need! Great floor plan, and totally stocked with everything we needed for a weeks stay! Very clean, and well decorated. Our family felt perfectly at home there for the week. Location to beach is great- 8 minute walk. Or a 2 minute gulf cart ride. We would absolutly stay here again!

Had a great stay at this property. The property is well maintained and has lots to offer. Pool, Bikes, ping pong, toys, games, and even tools and helpful items you just don't think about! Backyard/pool area is very private with mature landscaping. Wonderful screened in porch on lower level that we ate several meals at. There really wasn't anything about this property that we felt was lacking. Would book again for sure. Check-in was a little strange as we never received a text with the lockbox code and when we went to the property a little after the 4pm check-in the front door was open with nobody inside. I had to contact the management to figure out what was going on. They responded quickly and even brought over some of the missing "starter package" items. Their response was great but the whole check-in process was just a little off.

This was one of the best places I have ever printed. Everything about the house was spot on. The location was perfect to the beach to restaurants to bars to shopping to everything. The set up of the house with the bedrooms in the game room downstairs in the pool area and the Lanai that was screened in was perfect. The Kitchen was very well stocked and have an extra refrigerator freezer downstairs was perfect. The rental was stocked with all the beach supplies you could need. Would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a great great vacation.

Walk to beach was .3 miles (only a 5 minute walk). House is cute and comfy, with extras provided (bikes, wagon, chairs, ping pong, coolers, etc.). Restaurants and trolley stops were also close, making it a very convenient stop. If you want to drive to a beach, they are close too! We will stay here again for sure!

This house is so well equipped! It’s got all the beach stuff/ toys, bikes, air compressor, tools, seriously… anything you need! It’s a good spot with about a 7 minute walk to the beach. I do recommend booking a golf cart if you can. It was great to load everyone up & go to some quite beach spots on the island. The pool was fantastic, but bring mosquito spray/ candles/ incense, voodoo, anything to keep them away. This was an absolutely awesome family vacation!!

The house was amazing. The added beach stuff, chairs, wagon, toys, umbrellas were a wonderful bonus. Game room was a blast. Bikes already in garage was such a gift. Location to beach was just right. I gave it a four because I had to clean the kitchen before use. Cleaning in general could have been better. Outside garbage was over flowing and we had to wait until trash pick up to put out any garbage we had. Not the end of the world but annoying. Need better cleaning service. Other than that it would be a 5

With myself working remote and the kids on e-learning this was a welcome reprieve from the northern climate of Michigan. We loved the beach walks, pool time, and exploring. Thanks.
