Island Time: Gulf front condo 20 ft to the beach with shared pool

  • Island Time 104 at Seaside Beach House is a condominium that has long been a favorite to visitors of Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island. Additionally, it has been completely renovated in May 2018 with new ceilings, floors, bathroom, and kitchen. This affordable loft unit is directly situated on the sugary white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico which can be viewed from the comfortable patio set on the balcony and overlooks the heated pool. You will be able to relax when you are not enjoying the pool or beaches with all new furniture including a King size bed and queen pull out in the living room. It also offers high speed internet, cable as well as 50" smart TV in the living room and a 50" TV in the bedroom.

    Relax by the pool or walk another 20 feet and enjoy the beautiful beaches.

    Rent bikes or golf carts at Beach Bums on Pine Avenue to enjoy the plentiful attractions and world class restaurants on the island.

    *Please note: 1 car maximum is able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

    ***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
    Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Great Experience

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The view and location cannot be beat. Close driving distance to restaurants and shopping. The beach and gulf are gorgeous. Miles of sandy beach. The condo was clean and well appointed. A very comfortable and well kept condo. The management team was excellent.

The condo is very clean and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this condo for a couple or a family with small children. I would have preferred the refrigerator have an ice maker, but there are ice trays.

Beach Perfect

We enjoyed this beach front rental. We had a few issues that were unforeseen. There was construction being done to the structure and to the pool. The property manager answered concerns promptly and that was appreciated. Great location and we would recommend renting this property.

Beautiful Place

Very nice condo RIGHT on the beach. Love the private walkway to the beach! Just a few steps and you’re on the beach! Bring a power strip if you need more than two outlets in the bedroom to charge devices. Extremely comfy pillow top mattress on bed. Everything is exactly as pictured, except the patio furniture was different. We will stay here again! Love the location in the middle of the island. Holmes Beach is VERY family friendly.

Best beach on West Coast of Florida! At my age, stairs are no longer my friend but are a necessity on beach properties. However the stairs at this property were painted a dark blue and should have been lighted 24 hours.

cute condo on the beach

This was a clean well accommodated condo right on the beach. It was a convenient short walk down stairs to the soft white sand. The condo was cozy and nicely decorated, felt like home. There was a parking spot specifically allocated for the condo which was super convenient. We were centrally located on AMI in the middle of pine street and bridge street action. The chose to primarily stay on the beach right outside our condo, but there were other options to check out. A couple of larger public beaches were a short drive away that I believe had restaurants/bar This was our first time in AMI, we thought the island was charming and a great relaxing getaway

November 11-18, 2023 stay

The condo is very close to the beach and has been tastefully updated and was very clean. The patio furniture is not what is depicted in the photos and not nearly as nice, but functional. The rug in the dining area needs to be replaced and is really stained. New beach towels were very nice. We had an issue early in our stay that Sato Real Estate and the owner addressed promptly and professionally. It would be helpful to state in the property description (maybe we missed it) that there is no elevator which is a hassle to haul your luggage and groceries upstairs, but doable. I would recommend this rental to others and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay here. Heres a little feedback from short time rental owners ourselves: Pros: Great location with wonderful sunsets. Walkable beautiful beach. Condo was nicely updated with coastal theme. New high end kitchen appliances. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy king bed. TV with easy use. In house Washer/dryer. Cons: Pool not heated as described. Bathroom tub/ fixtures need updating. Called property mgr to replace molded shower curtain liner. Closets need to be decluttered. Bathroom door needs replacing. Screen door needs fixing. Balcony furniture not as pictured and needs updating to more comfortable set. Thank you!

Our stay

The condo itself was very good overall. The living area and bedroom are good sized and kitchen is fine. Bathrooms were small, but okay. Everything has been nicely remodeled. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Our main disappointment was that the pool was not open as it was being rehabbed. We were not informed at all prior to our stay that the pool would not be available. One of the reasons we chose this condo was that there was a pool at this smaller building. There was also construction on the building going on during our stay. We were notified of that about a week prior to our trip which was not enough time to make any other arrangements. Not a huge deal, since we were out doing things most of the time. Ideally we would have been notified of both issues well in advance and been offered other available units or refund of what we had already paid so we could have made a decision as to what we wanted to do. Overall, beautiful beach, nice island, plenty to do. We did enjoy our stay on Holmes Beach.

Needed Getaway

As always loved our stay on Anna Maria. This was a last minute get away so we were fortunate to find a place to stay and that we didn’t have to rent for the full week Place was as pictures. Very cute remodel. Location on beach was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything you need is here. The only reason for a four star is the rug in the bedroom. Please replace! Had to put down towels to consider walking on it. Easy fix, because besides that it’s a great place.

The view is amazing at this property! The sunset was gorgeous! The hot water didn't last long enough for even a 7 minute shower! Couldn't even shave! The walkways in completely flooded when it rained. Up to ankles flooding. My husbands tennis shoes were wet for days. Also, there were small ants on the kitchen counters.
