Great location

This was am absolutely amazing place to stay. Can’t say enough about the location, right on the beach. The beach was also scarcely populated, giving us the feel of being on a private beach. The condo was well kept, very comfortable beds. The sofas in the living room were roomy and comfortable. We had amazing views of the sunset every evening from the table that was located perfectly by the windows. I only wish we had beach chairs and an umbrella since the beach didn’t have any place close by to rent from. Maybe on our next visit we will buy some and leave it in the condo. Overall, this is a place I would recommend wholeheartedly, and hopefully, God willing, stay in repeatedly. Oh, forgot to mention that the pool was a good size and had a deep end, a rare find these days.

Great mix.

Close to the beach, away from noise, very clean and comfortable. We had a great week. Tennis court and pool were handy. Kitchen and beach amenities were super. Check in took some time and sliding doors are aging - minor in the scheme of things. We would book again.

Nice Place

This is a nice place with good quite location close to places to eat and shop, not much of an ocean view from condo, but close 150 steps to ocean and very nice beach. Nicely appointed, but sleeper couch very uncomfortable, almost unbearable, but there was a air mattress available. Handle fell off microwave (apparently been glued on previously). The key and code requirement were confusing but eventually got the hang of it. Nice pool and pool area and storage closet for beach stuff was adequate. Covered parking garage close to stairs and elevator- which was handy with kiddos. Would rate at 4.5 stars.

Winter break

Everything was great. Liddie's place was clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. Had all the amenities we needed. We had a fun relaxing time soaking up some much needed sun. Will definitely rent again.

Perfect Stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo located in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. It was a perfect location with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The condo itself was immaculate, well appointed and very well stocked with accessories so often needed in the kitchen but unavailable at other rentals. Every possible requirement for the beach was provided. Our only regret was that we wish the weather had been better. Would highly recommend this rental.

Summer vacation

Beautiful place near the beach

The place was really nice. It was in a small condo unit. It had parking below it. It's about a 2-5 minute walk to the beach. The unit itself was spacious. There were 2 adults 2 kids in my party and we had plenty of space. They had starter packs for us so we didn't have to worry about hitting the store immediately other than getting groceries. Everyone was easy to work with and the other tenants that we ran into were friendly. The beach was never super crowded. Would definitely recommend. We loved our stay here.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Liddie’s was a great place for our family vacation. The location is perfect with immediate access to a beautiful, quiet, family-friendly beach. The wagon and beach gear was very useful. Our children enjoyed the board games. The pool is perfect for a swim. I especially loved that one of the porches had been added into the main living room - the extra space was wonderful, and it was such a treat to sit at the table and see the gorgeous colors of the ocean.

Highly recommend Liddie’s Place

The property was immaculate and well maintained. Matthew and his team at Mainsail were attentive in solving two minor issues we had. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. We were steps to the beach. The condo was set up with starter amenities, like paper towels, soap etc. Which was greatly appreciated. The beach towels and beach gear were also a big help. All we had to do was unpack our suitcase and begin to enjoy our vacation

Liddie's Place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‼️

We are a family of 5 and our week at Liddie's Place was perfectly. Not only did the weather cooperate but the apartment itself was worth the trip. It was very clean, specious, tastefully furnished and you could actually hear and see the Ocean (which is really right at the back door). A generous starter kid and an abundance of towels were provided. The kitchen was equipped with 3 different coffee machines (a coffeemaker, a Keurig, and a cappuccino maker!!!) and an excess of dishes, glasses, silverware, and cookware which was impressive. We simply had a wonderful carefree time and we really appreciate the delicious cookies that were left for us as a welcoming gift. I highly recommend Liddie’s Place 👍🤩

Great location!

We had a great trip to AMI. The condo was in a great location, a short and easy walk to the beach, and the locker with all of the beach equipment was very nice. We did not have a good experience with the management company. They did not respond to messages, and they did not provide us with a key to get through the doors in the parking garage. After spending a hot, half hour in the parking garage, a neighbor finally let us in and we found the key inside the unit. I am not sure how they expected us to get into the building. Others in the building also reported issues with the management company. They also forgot to send us an application to complete prior to arriving and instead of bringing us a copy to fill out, they asked us to drive to their office. The master bathroom was very small - not spacious like described and smelled like mildew/mold which is probably due to the dirty shower curtain. Overall, the rest of the unit was very clean. The view of the ocean is blocked by multiple buildings. We will definitely return to Sun Plaza West, but will rent a different unit.

It was absolutely amazing! Right on the beach and unit has a fully stocked kitchen!

We were so happy with this unit and our time on Anna Maria Island! Everything was as stated and more than we expected! We will definitely come back! Highly recommend!!!

Florida stay

We wish access to main building was a code access and not a key. Having on one key made it difficult at time. Also, chairs for our patio outside bedroom was needed
