Nuestros espaciosos retiros frente al mar de tres habitaciones ofrecen hasta 1.627 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable completamente amueblado, perfecto para unas largas vacaciones en la isla Anna Maria. Cada suite ofrece de dos a tres baños, lavadora y secadora y espectaculares vistas del Golfo de México desde su terraza o balcón privado.

Nuestros interiores de alquiler de vacaciones están decorados profesional y artísticamente con la combinación perfecta de calidez y lujo. Cada suite cuenta con cocina y baños de mármol, pisos de pino pulido en todas partes, telas de lujo y un comedor separado. Una cocina gourmet totalmente equipada con gabinetes de madera personalizados y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable lo convierte en un entretenimiento sin esfuerzo.

Esta residencia de tres dormitorios tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente, con un total máximo de 8 personas.

Beautiful property and great guest management

We have been staying at the Mainsail every fall break for the last several years and love the property and location right on the ocean. The rooms are spacious and updated and the property manager onsite is incredibly friendly and professional.

So easy to move between beach and pool. 2 new paddle boards! Pool area also very clean and many toys for kids. Matt and Rhoda were helpful and so kind whenever we needed anything!

Very nice, just a few recommendations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is VERY nice. However, the kitchen has the bare minimum for dishes, we found it difficult to cook meals. The kitchen chairs are shedding and left pieces all over our clothes and floor. Our family enjoyed our week there. I would recommend stocking games, we brought cards and yatzee luckily. There were puzzles but my kids don't have the patience for one.

Unfortunately the first floor lobby was under construction during our entire trip after we were told it would be completed by December 24th. It looks no where near completion! Dust and dirt everywhere along with furniture and accessories piled up on the floor.

Beautiful Island Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just finished a perfect week at Mainsail Beach Inn on AMI.I can't think of how it could have gone better. Our unit (#8) was immaculate, very nicely decorated and more than adequately furnished with essentials. Great view of the beach, easy access, and nice lounge chairs for use on the beach. The property manager, Matthew, was helpful, knowledgeable, and very responsive to any questions/requests. When Matt was away at one of the other properties under their management, Alvano was equally as helpful. We had zero issues during our stay. Everything in our unit, and on the rest of the property, worked flawlessly. We even, luckily, hit the tides right, as high tide can cover a lot of the beach for a few hours. We will definitely return to this property in the future. Loved the location as it was conveniently located a few minutes north of Publix, and a few minutes south of Bean Point.

Relaxing escape!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience on beautiful AMI for our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). The view is unbeatable in unit 8 with windows on all sides and ocean breezes flowing in. The accommodations were perfect for us, the pool and hot tub were warm on a chilly week. Beach toys and other recreational things were provided. Location is perfect. Minor interior things could be addressed- chair cushions on dining table were very warn and flaking, master bed rail was broken, master sliding door screen was off track and we could not repair. again, minor things, front staff were extremely attentive and responsive to any needs. Great place and we would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Mainsail a few times and obviously love it. The accomodation on the beach is perfect. The staff are very friendly and accommodate any requests if possible. My only slightly negative comment would be, I would like the pool and deck area to be tidied up and reset at end of each day. And in our unit the kitchen chairs and table could be replaced.also chairs on deck are heavy and too big for area. Great place as we keep coming back but feel it needs some investment.

Loved the convenience of staying in a condo with plenty of space, a nice balcony, great pool and a gorgeous beach right there. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddleboards. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time on Anna Maria, such a nice “old Florida” place. Mainsail was a wonderful place. It was a multi-million dollar view from corner unit #8, on the top floor. Everything was as described and shown inside. The dining chairs were a bit worn but, we had two small kids with us so we didn’t worry about getting something on a pristine chair. The best part of the Inn was the wonderful people working there! Rhoda, Matt and John were all so kind and welcoming. You could tell that they wanted you to have a perfect stay. The beach is soft white sand and right outside of your door. We used the complementary kayaks and paddle boards which was nice. There were umbrellas and chairs as well. I definitely recommend Mainsail and Anna Maria!

It just as wonderful as last year — clean, comfortable, and all the amenities. We love the short distance to the beach and having the chairs provided. The only negative would be parking — when we arrived our reserved space was occupied & it was after hours with no staff present. We ate at Beach Bistro and loved it!!!

The beds were comfortable. We also loved using the kayak and lounge chairs. The AC can sound like a wind tunnel at times but we got used to it and didn’t have to run it too often at night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised to have two wonderful concierges/managers to seek information from. They were most kind and helpful! The pool was just lovely as was the beach!!! We had lots of fun exploring Anna Maria. The parking spot we were assigned for the week was convenient. The trolley was fun as well. Our condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of kitchen appliances for us to make a few meals at home! Loved the balcony for sunsets!

All the staff we met during our stay were very friendly and helpful incl buying a teapot for us. Met lots of nice people at the pool too. Would have liked there to be more cups and plates etc for use and maybe for comfortable chairs on the balcony.Great to have kayaks bikes and SUPs available for use. Pool furniture was very comfortable and BBQ clean.

Quiet Retreat

A few of the highlights for us were:180 degree ocean view, immediately accessible beach, heated pool and hot tub, amenities like beach chairs and sand toys for the kids are readily accessible, they have kayaks, bikes, and paddleboards available (we did not take advantage of this due to cool weather, but would have if warmer). The layout of the unit we stayed in was perfect for us. Access is keycode - which was nice to not have to worry about a key or card. Staff was extremely friendly. The whole place was very clean. We had everything we needed to cook inside the unit as far as utensils, pans, bowls, silverware, glasses, and dishes. They also provide plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent - more than enough for family of 5 for 5 days. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant located near by smells AMAZING and is quiet and upscale. It is a short bike or car ride to shops and restaurants - a bit of a walk if you don't mind. We were in Unit 8 (3 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor).
