  • The interior decor in your private Holmes Beach vacation rental is elegant, fresh and bright. These three bedroom, three bathroom townhouses are attractively adorned, with white walls, cool pastels, local artwork and polished pine floors with comfortable furniture. Escape to your private deck or balcony; some with views of the Gulf and the stunning Anna Maria Island sunsets.

    A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances will please chefs of all skill sets.

    This three bedroom suite can accommodate 6 guests comfortably. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. This is also the only unit at Mainsail Beach Inn with an in-suite elevator.

    Featuring historically inspired architecture and craftsmanship, professionally designed interiors, authentic pine flooring, designer fabrics and comfortable furniture. Mainsail Beach Inn units offer direct beach access, heated resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, poolside grill, private beach lounge chairs & umbrellas and bicycle rentals.

Lovely beach townhome

This townhome was perfect for housing a trip with my husband, my parents, and kids. Walking distance to the beach and a private pool that was never too crowded. We had a wonderful time!

Very clean and great location

Spent 3 nights here with friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. The location could not be beat and the condo was well equipped and clean.

Lovely townhome

The townhome was beautiful and well-stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. All of the property staff (especially Mary) were always available to help or answer questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location.

This is a perfect location on a nice property. The help was very friendly. Our location, unit 11, is very nice but could use a fresh coat of paint but other than that all was fantastic!

Perfect Getaway for 2 Families

This was a wonderful townhouse a stone’s throw from the beach. The property managers were extremely friendly and helpful, the home was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Will be back!

Holmes Beach Property

Terrific property in a central location to multiple beaches and restaurants. Weather prevented the use of kayaks and paddle boards, but we made ample use of bicycles and facilities. Highly recommend for large families with kids.

Beach Vacation

A great family vacation. The condo and location were perfect for us as Grandparents, our Daughter and Son-in-law and their two children (ages 11 and 9). The managers of the property were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys provided. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet the complex was all night long.

Girls getaway weekend

The 3 bedroom with 3 baths was perfect for our party of 6 women. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The elevator was the icing on the cake. Was a life saver getting up to the 2nd and 3rd floors with suitcases. Location is great. Definitely would recommend.

Great place

Only issue was there is only one parking space for the unit. They do provide additional parking about one mile away. Doable but a little inconvenient. Except for that one thing it was wonderful.

Geat Condo that accommodated our family well

We all loved the condo with plenty of space for the 6 of us to spread out - a great unit with 2 balconies to hang out on! We enjoyed being on the beach and used the pool and grill too. Very well maintained and managed property. Management is on site during the daytime and have access to a First Aid kit (not in the unit). Bring your own salt and pepper - no spices provided. One (1) parking space provided, with literally no street parking (Bistro across the street uses and monitors it closely for their valet parking). Management was kind enough to let us use another unit's space for a 2nd car, as it was vacant. We would stay here again!

Great location!!!

Ana Maria Island is one of my favorite places. You cannot beat the white beaches and the laid-back vibe. There is plenty to do for families. We had our three college age kids home for winter break and this was a perfect location. We ate and drank at some awesome locations, went deep-sea fishing and caught monster fish, rented bikes and rode around the island. The sunsets are incredible and the location of the condo to the beach is within steps. They have a great pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. There isn’t much as far as condiments or spices in the kitchen. We had to buy salt and pepper and sugar. I did not feel like cooking on this trip so we bought minimal food. There is a Publix close and you can actually order ahead of time for pick up if you don’t feel like battling the crazy vacationers. It was a wonderful trip and a smack in the face to come back to 35° weather in Illinois. We will definitely be back!

Great place and location but horrible construction.

We had a great time at our short visit. The unit is really nice with tons of space for our family of 6. The kitchen had the necessary items, and the attached bathrooms for each bedroom were a great bonus. The facility was well maintained, and the location to the beach is awesome. We enjoyed the use of the chairs and umbrellas as well as the pool. Beware though of the construction right next to the building. There is a new building under construction and the workers start at 7am with loud power tools. Good luck sleeping in and enjoying your vacation with this. The management group NEVER mentioned this on their site or when we booked. Extremely disappointing. Also, on check out morning, I had a manager come to our unit BEFORE the 10am check out and asked when we were leaving. Not very professional. I have the unit till 10, so you need to wait till then.

Good overall, but not on beach

The pic. of the large building in the listing on the beach is not the building being rented out, it’s a bit deceiving. That is the building in front of the listed building. Also, the elevator was not operational. No heads up was given. This could have been a huge issue as one of the parties was elderly and unable to climb stairs. Luckily that person was unable to join otherwise it would have been a real dilemma that would have ruined the entire vacation. The issue isn’t the broken elevator, things happen, it’s the no communication that is the issue. The property manager advised that the repairman was coming the next morning to fix it, but that never happened the entire stay.
