Anna Maria Island es una isla tropical de siete millas y media de largo. Beautiful location and area for a relaxing vacation

The best thing about this rental is definitely the location - great view, quick beach access and nice pool that is private too. When we first arrived, the place was cleaned, but not that great of a job so we did a quick run through and wipe down. The couch could use a cleaning for sure too. There was no table and chairs out in the balcony area as shown in the pictures so that was disappointing, but there was a recliner and a couple chairs.....just couldn't have breakfast out there at the table as we had hoped for. The dishwasher wouldn't drain completely though it did clean the dishes and the shower tubs would back up quite a bit while showering. Generally, this is an older condo that could use some updates but a lot of little things and no big problem. The layout and privacy of the complex is nice and there are a few places close by to walk to for pizza, ice cream, and we loved Just 4 Fun Beach Rentals a few doors down where we could rent beach chairs for about $20 per chair for a week. There were a few boogie boards and a bamboo roll for the beach that were in the closet but needed to rent chairs and umbrellas. We did enjoy our stay and the location is a 5 for sure, but the place needs some updates and updated pictures as well. Beds were a bit hard. Nice for the price and would love to consider going back only if some updates are done.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and the condo had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. My only recommendation is to switch to keyless entry for the security door and condo. With only 2 sets of keys, it was a bit of a hassle when our family would come and go at different times. We had to make sure we could get in through the security door or call each other to get in. We’d still stay there again but definitely recommend modernizing entry.

Christmas Vacation

Stayed here over Christmas week. Great location. Beautiful view! Condo was supplied well. Most anything needed is within walking distance, plus the free trolley stops right in front of the condo. Easy beach access as well.

Outdated and lack of care

This unit has a great location BUT too many things are below average for a rental like this. First we get to condo and the front door knob is almost falling off. We had to search for a screwdriver since after 3pm the rental agency is closed and you get an answering service. You then walk in to a great gulf view but one third is covered by a broken hurricane shutter which we found out online has been like that since September. Rental agency comment to us, you still have a view… great customer service. Couch middle leg was broken and they replaced with smaller 2x4 wood that was smaller in height so the couch sinks in middle. Small table and chairs in window area filled with rust on all chairs and table. Rust marks all over new laminate flooring. Bed was truly uncomfortable. Dining table laminate is peeling off the top center. In the dated bathroom you get to see right in an air vent that has tons of dirt and gunk in it. Disgusting. We opened the cabinet under the sink and it’s falling off. Location is great but the cost for this rental is far beyond its league. We stay in Florida two times a year in Two bedroom condos and this is the worst we ever had. I put photos of problems on Google on Martinique South.

The view is great but was not clean

We loved the view! It was the reason we booked this condo. However when we arrived one of the shutters on the patio was completely down and broken so it blocked a lot of the view. The owner never responded to the property managers. Also, we were under the assumption there was a washer and dryer available in the unit but it is a shared one and cost $1.50 each per load. The main issue for us was cleanliness. There was black hair in the bathroom tub and shower, black hair on the counter and the floors throughout were not clean. Our feet were black. The vacuum didn’t work either. We spent about $20 our first day there on laundry just washing the comforters and sheets. The comforters don’t get washed so make sure you wash yours! We loved the view but we won’t stay here again.

Great Location

My husband and I very much enjoyed on Anna Maria Island. The condos are older, but comfortable, and the price is excellent for staying right on the beach. Lots of security so we felt very safe.

Awesome view!

Beachfront condo with a great Gulf view. Very secure property. Convenience store directly across the street and restaurant/bar less than a block. Other Island establishments a short drive. A great place to stay when visiting the Island.

You absolutely cannot beat the location of this property! The view from the sun room is gorgeous, and the provided chairs, beach toys and life jackets were a huge plus! Everyone that we encountered in the building was so nice and helpful when we came to check in after hours...we would definitely come back to stay at this property on this beautiful island!

Had a great vacation!

My husband and I had a great experience staying at Martinique South for our vacation. It was awesome to have beach chairs and an umbrella handy, and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach! We had everything we needed and everything worked properly. It was clean and very comfortable.

Anniversary getaway

What a gem of a condo

Can’t say enough good things about this condo and location. Literally in the middle of Anna Maria Island. Two block walk to great restaurants and shopping. Unit is on 5th floor and has excellent beach views as well as excellent views of sky bridge and sunsets. This will be our go to condo everytime we come down to the island.

Beach sights and sounds!

We had a lovely stay in this nicely accommodated beach condo. From our 5th floor windows we watched beachgoers, the sea, the birds and two beach weddings! Open windows afforded us the luxury of soothing surf sounds all night. An uncrowded pool was a nice place for an afternoon of reading while enjoying the ocean breeze and a dip. The place felt like home in no time at all!

Great location with a view of Gulf

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay . The view of the Gulf was great. The location for walking or bike riding was also perfect. This is our 3rd year visiting AMI and by far out favorite place that we have stayed at so far! We are looking forward to 2023.
