The best

The best property my husband and I have stay in. We are travelers and apartment 109 had all we needed and more. Super clean, great location for the beach, stores and restaurants, tranquil, comfortable overall. Definitely worth it. We will love to continue coming to make it as a relaxing and beach adventure destination.

Lovely Condo

We absolutely loved our stay at AMI! The condo was cozy and conveniently located. The kitchen was well equipped with all the main essentials we needed, the beds were comfy and we were excited to find beach chairs, rafts, umbrella and even a cooler to use for beach days. Check in was seamless and the owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Beach getaway

Booking was easy (first timer). Very accurate description! Communication was good throughout. We managed to lock ourselves out and they were fast and nice about coming out late to let us in! Lovely place in great location. Need to leave instructions for tv/various remotes. Freezer is almost inaccessible with kitchen layout. Need better pillows. Third step going up is wobbly.

Clean and Comfortable!

We have been coming to AMI for the past 6 years and have stayed at various homes/condos. This rental was extremely clean and had the most comfortable master bed. The condo was well stocked with everything that we needed. The condo is exactly as pictured. We are very pleased with our stay!

Perfect getaway

Great condo! Very spacious and comfortable. The location was central to the island so easy to get around to all the beach areas. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. This condo had everything we needed for our beach vacation. We had a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here and plan to return someday soon!

We enjoyed relaxing at the beach and the convenience of how close almost everything we needed was with in a short walk or drive. Next time we will be renting a golf cart for the week to get around town.

We enjoyed our stay.Close to everything. Only thing is that the pool looks bigger in the picture and the internet was REALLY slow. My husband had to leave to do his zooms somewhere else. I would definitely stay here again!!

Just as advertised

The owners were super. Very responsive and patient. The unit was beautifully stocked as was their “beach closet” that they permit renters to utilize while there. We liked the centrally located location on the island too. Very good experience.

Perfect for what we needed!

Everything was great here. Close to the Trolly and walking distance to a lot of places. It had everything we were looking for. Alexandra was very quick to respond to anything we needed. The checkout/cleaning process was super quick and easy!

Wonder Property! Dont pass this one up!

Very clean! Stocked with EVERYTHING! Very close to Publix and other convenient stores and a gift shop. Close to the beach and trolley. Great for us because we do not rent a car. Trolley goes everywhere on the island. Dont miss this one folks!! Cheers 🍹🌴🐚🏖

Cute and comfy

My husband and I had a wonderful visit with our 6 year old at this property. This was our first time to Anna Maria and we really loved it even during this crazy Covid situation. It’s a very laid back family friendly beach town with plenty of good places to eat and beautiful beaches. This unit was very clean and had all the amenities one would need for a trip away. The pool was a bit too warm to be refreshing but never crowded and there were plenty of beach and pool items available to use. The beds were comfy and the a/c worked great (definitely needed in the warm summer!) The owners thought of everything for your visit and we appreciated their communication with us too. We’ll definitely be back but not soon enough!
