THE VIEW
This is the top floor of the beachfront building — the elevation is
the point. Uninterrupted Gulf views from the open kitchen, dining, and living area, and the sun goes down in front of you. Ground-floor units have the dune between them and the water; from up here you see over it.

THE BALCONY
Screened, west-facing, directly above the beach. Two chaise loungers and a dining table for four. Turtle-safe lighting for the evenings, so you can sit out without disturbing the nesting season.

Manatee County Beach is right here. Bean Point is about a ten-minute walk north. The free island trolley runs the length of Anna Maria Island.
