Esta cabaña se encuentra "en la playa" 3007 Avenue F en la hermosa playa de Holmes. Es la unidad de arriba (2 de 2). La cabaña es muy cómoda y duerme 4 cómodamente con espacio adicional. Esta pintoresca cabaña está escondida en una calle sin salida, lejos de todo pero cerca de tiendas y restaurantes.

Tiene una ducha completa, cocina con todo lo que necesita y una lavadora / secadora. Es muy pintoresco y los jardines tienen hermosas plantas exóticas y tropicales. Estás justo en la playa que tiene el agua azul más hermosa y playas de arena.

Hay un tranvía que recoge todo el día y la noche a una cuadra de distancia. La unidad está ubicada entre la playa de Cortez y la isla Anna Maria, donde hay zonas comerciales, el Museo del Hermano Ringling y muchos restaurantes.

Estas son unidades antiguas y estamos actualizando continuamente las unidades pero es la playa y puede ser muy húmeda. We loved our stay! The location was perfect and made it so easy to enjoy the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed and the property manager was quick to resolve the minor issue we had. We would be happy to return!

When we arrived there was a musty smell however my guess is from hurricane. Lots of things weathered but that’s expected. We needed outside plugin for golf cart however ended up running inside since all outside ones didn’t work. Overall it was an amazing view, beds comfy, had everything you coulld need. Would stay again.

Quaint beach cottage tucked away from the hustle an bustle of the island. The upper unit had a spectacular view of the beach and sunsets.Communication with the property managers was great!We have already booked again for next year!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved the location and the cute little "beachy" apartment but there were communication issues with host etc that led to the property not being ready for occupancy. Some issues were resolved but it left a "less than great" impression.

Location and view! Clean, old Florida charm. Several beach chairs, one umbrella, wagon, pool noodles and cooler available for use for 2 units. Exactly as the photos showed, no surprises. Washer/dryer in unit, we came with only a backpack. I had several questions that host answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying on the beach is always the best! This cottage represents the island vibe we love most. Traditional house that doesn’t take up a huge footprint, and just feels like an authentic beach cottage. Bed was comfy, adequate supplies, perfect for two. I believe we had a cleaning person shortage on our check-in day (according to the owner) so we found the cottage needing some of own cleaning attention. I am hopeful most guests would feel confident on any other day to rate the cleanliness 5 stars.

You cannot beat this location; perfect sunset on your deck! Unit had everything we needed; a little small, but was super clean. Shower water pressure was pretty low. Would definitely stay here again!!

Overall it was a great trip and location. While we had no issues, it could use some updating. It was a little cramped for 5 people for sleeping arrangements. We realized we need to look for a bigger place next time. However, I can't say enough how great the area and location was! Host was very communicative and assisted with every question.

We had a great stay here. The location was ideal for us, on the edge of the beach. Close to the trolley and Publix only a few minutes walk. Communications were prompt and helpful. The unit had character and we loved the deck which gave a view of the beach and the sunsets over the gulf. We hope to return again next year.

Clean throughout, nice partial beach view from balcony, easy beach access. If we could ignore the ugly response from the owner to a door locking problem the trip would have called for 5 stars all the way. In brief, we had initial trouble unlocking the door upon arrival, but finally got in. The code lock was loosely mounted and, apparently, the signal was weak. When attempting to lock the door to go out the first time it would not work. A light should show up on the key pad and an "unlock" or "lock" sound should be heard. The guest manual stated "text me for any issues" or similar words, so we did just that. The response was a GIF of a cartoon guy shrugging. Not only unhelpful, but arrogantly obnoxious, as was his subsequent ignoring of phone calls and texts requesting assistance that first day. During the entire nine day stay we had no follow up from any owner or representative. Consequently, despite having an overall pleasant time at the property we would not return. VRBO: take note.....your operation has the ability to either condemn this type of guest treatment, or remove the listing.

The view and location of this property was the absolute BEST. You can see the most beautiful sunsets from your very window and when you wake up in the morning you can see the most beautiful views of the gulf and dolphins. And it’s within close proximity to everything you would want to be near. It’s also peaceful and quiet…… however, we never got any good rest nor sleep because of the awful mattress(es) and it needs some updating inside. When you go on vacation you need to be able to rest and sleep ,which is more important than any of the above positives I mentioned.
