  • If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.

    There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.

I took a last minute trip to the beach. This property came up and what a great find it was. The place is right on the beach and right next door to the Beach Cafe with great food. I looked for two days at all the properties listed on Expedia and other sites and this place was heads above the others. I was a solo traveler and this was perfect for me. I could see the ocean from my room and watch the sunset from the balcony. I sure hope its available when I get there next. The owner was great to deal with and for someone who is electronically challenged, the check in process was easy. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Clean, quiet at night, free parking, lots of towels including beach towels. Pool area had gas BBQ and lots of loungers and seats. Directly on the beach and near to beach cafe. Would stay again.

Always a pleasant experience to stay at Unit 8, Allamanda. The location cannot be beaten; the beach is just a few steps away. The unit has everything you need. The mattress is super comfy! The hostesses Ann and Leila are attentive to any questions you may have. They respond right away and seamlessly resolve any issues that arise. We are so in love with this place! We return every year. Proximity to the beach was our main reason for choosing this location. Didn’t realize that it was right next to public beach parking so beach was really crowded on the weekend. We did enjoy the Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe being right next door though so we could grab lunch while on beach. Loved that Publix was nearby and only a block away. Bed was really comfortable and we loved views of the beach from the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would suggest supplying oven mitts as we had to use a hand towel to remove a pan from the oven because there were none available.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved proximity to the beach!The kitchen was ok but sparse on some of the silverware. Would have like a stopper for the kitchen sink but made do. All in all a nice place! Would stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed or stay. The unit was clean with plenty of closet and dresser space coral our clothes. The bed and furniture was very comfortable . The location was the best thing about it all. Steps from the beach! Will definitely be back.

Very cozy and comfortable. Convenient to beach and restaurant and grocery store. The unit itself could use a little TLC or upgrading. Would love to see a few more items in the kitchen for guests who eat in/cook breakfast — pot holders would be great. Just little things.
