“This was my second time at Best Western. First experience was very pleasant. But second time, not so much. Avoid room Nº1 at all cost, as it is very noisy, because so close to reception. People constantly passing by and door to reception slamming.”

“Viví un año en Frodsham y SIEMPRE se oye la autopista M56, en el hotel nada, y eso que la habitacion daba hacia ella, habitaciones grandes, buenas camas, y el restaurante tampoco está mal. Lo malo, que si o si tienes que tener coche porque está un poco lejos del pueblo, por lo menos si vas con niños como fue mi caso.”

“All staff excellent service. When you are guest of the day however you should be told what it entails on arrival or at least in the card. We were told nothing, so obviously couldn’t enjoy the extra experience ”
