We loved everything about our stay. The property was spacious, super clean, nicely decorated, and literally on the beach! One small plumbing inconvenience was taken care of immediately- even on a Sunday morning! Proof of excellent care of their guests.

Work Family Trip to Homer

Traveled to Homer with my Work Family. We all had a fabulous time and the lodging was perfect. Very convenient location on the Spit, excellent views and very comfortable. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Peaceful Stunning Views

This ocean-front condo offers front-door access to walking the beach, watching eagles and otters, relaxing by the fireplace, and soaking in amazing views. The home came with all the essentials and was comfortable for our family of four, with room for more guests. We would certainly stay here again.

Wish we stayed longer!

The townhouse was a beautiful place to stay while we were in Homer. My husband and I along with another couple found the home perfect for our getaway. It was wonderful to have room to lounge and relax after our day exploring. Being on the beach was the perfect location and it was absolutely gorgeous! Our only regret is that we did not stay longer.

Perfect place!

Wonderfully located on The Spit in Homer, the condo was clean, spacious, and fully equipped. We loved the location--wonderful for walks along the ocean to see bald eagles and seals. And walking distance to the famed Salty Dawg Saloon and restaurants. Would recommend to friends in a heartbeat!

Perfect getaway

I really appreciated the baby gate and play pen, thank you! And it was so magical and beautiful staying right on the shore where we could look out from the living room or bedrooms huge windows or go walking out right into such beautiful scenery. Highly recommend!

Amazing

This is our second time at this property. It is just as beautiful as before. The house is amazing, the porch opens up to the beach with a mountain view directly across the water. It is perfect for couples with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We try to stay here every time we are in Homer.

Fantastic property in a great location.

This is a great way to enjoy the Homer Spit. All the amenities of home with a beach and gorgeous view out the back and a short walk to the shops and restaurants in the front. Our communication with the property owner was quick, with all questions answered. The unit itself is nice with 3 BR and 3 full baths, a full kitchen, a nice big dining table and a nice gathering space. The deck was spacious enough and a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning, watching the boats going out. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family and friends were so lucky to find this waterfront home available. In the past we have always camped on The Spit. Being there were more of us, this home was ideal as it had plenty of space. It was absolutely clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful. No complaints whatsoever. If it is available- grab it! Mary, formerly from Sitka

Just perfect! the view breath taking! Best place to stay in HOMER AK

We needed a place last minute and Susan was amazing in accommodating us. We are from florida and not taking into consideration the time difference she was very helpful even with my 6am saturday morning phonecall. Furthermore the view was out of this world. Right on a private beach where you can build a fire and just relax... I watched whales pass by while sitting at the kitchen table not to mention sea lions otters as well as a local bald eagle. If I ever come back to Homer I will for sure will stay here again. When we left I thought I left my watch at the condo unit... I called Susan and she said no worries we will look for it & if we find it I will ship it back to florida to you at no cost. I couldnt have been happier with this vacation rental as well as the service they provided!

Best Location in Homer, Cleaning could use some help

Check in was easy, although the frustration of remembering two codes (one for the outer door and one for the inside door) got old really quick. Anyone that knows those locks knows that each lock can have multiple codes. The location is perfect. The home has a bit of a funky layout but the views from the upstairs bedrooms were breathtaking. The cleanliness could use some help. It didn't feel clean as soon as we walked in and finding empty water bottles and trash/food wrappers under the beds confirmed those feelings. Some silverware in the drawers was not clean. The home could definitely use some updating/repairs as the flooring was buckled in places on the main level.

Wonderful house and amazing setting.

We thoroughly enjoyed this awesome house on the Homer Spit. This was our 3rd of 4 stops on our Alaskan family road trip adventure. Cooked some fresh caught fish on the smoker on the deck and enjoyed a lovely late night campfire with s’mores on the beach. It was truly amazing. Wonderful memories to remember for a lifetime!
