  • This unique pair of brand new passive style houses are conveniently located along the view side of town overlooking Kachemak Bay, the Homer Spit, and the core of town. It embodies passive design and incredible light with floor to ceiling south facing view windows in bedrooms as well as open plan great rooms in each unit. It is conveniently located ½ mile from the hospital and ⅔ mile to the middle of town.
    Living space is on two levels with floor to ceiling windows for bedrooms and great rooms. Host lives on site in separate area of house.

This property is great! We stayed with 3 families (12 people). Everyone was thrilled to have their own bed. Kitchen and bathrooms were amazing; deck and views were incredible. The location is perfect for getting to/from the spit. We had a great time!

This property is very clean and comfortable and is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect for our party of 10! The only thing I would mention is that host is on site, that was not a detail listed in the property description and would have been nice to know going in. Overall a fabulous stay though.

Amazing homes!

Wow, just wow. I cannot say enough about how wonderful these houses are! They are beautiful, comfortable, and have a great layout. They are modern, yet warm and comfortable. We had three generations in our group of 14, and we all had beds and plenty of privacy. The view from the floor to ceiling windows are a dream and we spent lots of time enjoying it and lounging on the oversized beanbags. The kitchens were comfortable to cook in for a large group and there were plenty of places to sit and eat at the large tables. The host was helpful and friendly as well. I will definitely be back.
