“Great view and very comfortable. Spacious with an incredible view. The host was very responsive, which made check-in easy. I also loved that they had a full-size, high-quality washer and dryer. The shoes-off-at-the-entrance policy helped keep everything extra clean and made the space feel even more welcoming.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Set up on the hillside above Homer, this property has amazing views of the bay and Homer Spit thru large open windows in the living room. Positives: -New home with modern appliances. Everything you could ask for including use of the washer and dryer. -Very clean-Extremely response host (The Arrival Co.) Responded to us on several accessions within the hour. -Again the VIEW!-Full use of the Jacuzzi on the lower deck that looks out over the bay. -Easy access to the town and...

“This place was gorgeous and perfect for a 2 night get away from Anchorage while my daughter was visiting from college. We got sunshine on the first night, some rain and wind on the second night, and took the ferry to Seldovia. I considered lodging there, but Homer ended up being perfect for a day trip to Seldovia (doesn’t take long to explore all of Seldovia). This location is the Perfect distance (about 10 minutes from the spit). In the morning on the bluff it was so foggy you couldn’t see the...

“Beautiful new property. Well stocked kitchen. Super comfortable beds with good blackout curtains. Very close to the spit. Beautiful woods in the back. We actually saw a moose and her baby come right up to the balcony. The only downside is it’s a little noisy in the mornings when the float planes take off for bear excursions, but ear plugs are provided by the host. We used white noise and were not bothered at all. Would definitely stay again!”

“Beautiful quiet stay in Homer! The views from this home are spectacular. The house is beautiful and located in a nice quiet neighborhood, but also close to everything. We had everything we needed, plenty of bedding and towels for our group! I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having blackout shades in all the rooms since the summer days are long in Alaska, and that helped us all sleep better. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Homer!”

“The location and view of this property is phenomenal. Walking distance to the shops on the Homer Spit, the docks, and beachcombing. It is apparent the owners or managers have allowed this property to be a “cash cow” while deferring significant maintenance. The flooring in the kitchen/dining/living area is in very rough condition. A towel bar is not attached to the wall. Rusted and potentially dangerous deck furnishings. A cracked window (which I believe was cracked when we stayed there about 4-5...
