Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.

Access
Stairs are required to access the home.

Security Cameras
The property has 3 exterior security cameras. Camera’s faces the front door entry, and on the boat dock facing the boat lift. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces.

Garage & Boat Lift
The garage and boat lift are not available for guest use at any time.

No-Wake Zone
The home is located in a no-wake zone.

Trailer Parking
Boat trailer parking is tight, and there is only room for 1 boat trailer.

Private Boat Ramp Access
Guests have access to the private boat ramp. The key is located on the life preserver hook inside the front door. Please be sure to return the key after use, as a lost key will result in an additional fee.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
