I wouldn’t allow it but had to pay a 500,000 dong that was refundable. The facility sits high on a hillside where you have to take a shuttle to get to the beach. I left! I refused to...

“El Hotel es fantástico, y la zona muy correcta, pero esta apartado de la zona turística. El Hotel pone a disposición de los clientes un servicio de transporte gratuito a la zona turística, lo que facilita los desplazamientos a la misma, pero lo cierto es que alrededor del hotel no hay infraesctructura turistica de ningún tipo salvo una pequeña tienda y un par de restaurantes de escaso interés. Por lo demás, una vez en el interior del resort, no se pueden hacer mas que elogios del mismos....

“Room is not exactly as the pictures. Staffs was awful especially at the S restaurant (gave wrong order and let me waited for a long time for the food after reminded them 2 times but they did not care), wifi is weak most of the time had no wifi, the A/C was not working and staff did not care to fix that, they just promised. I saw 2 cockroaches in my room and they did came to kill them but it is nasty to think about a place with cockroaches. Breakfast as they said have coffee but what they offer...

“Hyggelig hytte til venner eller par - sød pool. Ligger rigtigt nok lige ved en strand, men den er fyldt med affald en stor del af vejen. Der er dog andre steder at bade i området eller hvis man lejer en solseng hos et resort på stranden. ”

“This hotel is gorgeous, located on a hill beside the Mui Ne beach. The view is breathtaking, showing you the ocean and surrounding beaches. Service was top level, with everything you need just a call away. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant serves tasty meals and breakfasts. The pool is another highlight, crystal clear and clean, with lovely lounge chairs. I would definitely stay again, everything was perfect. They also made some special birthday preparations that were beautiful...

“Breakfast is limited and expensive. It’s a long way to the beach. No towels at beach or pools. There’s some lounge chairs at the beach but all worn out. One of our ac doesn’t work. We booked two rooms. They gave us two, on different floors quite far apart. We agreed on a downsize so both rooms could be on a same floor. No compensation whatsoever. We booked apartments so administration is different. Maybe the hotel side is better .”
