“Friendly staff, great facilities for all ages. And room to accommodate for all 6 of us.”

“Stayed here for two nights with our family of 5 (including our 3 little kids). The pool was fantastic and for most part we were the only ones using it which was great for the kids. The room was nice enough, not incredible but it was big enough for us all and well kept. The food in the restaurant was fine - pretty normal pub food. The kids meals for breakfast were quite small. I would suggest ordering a normal adult meal for any kid over 5. Staff were lovely. The play area for the kids was great....

“We stayed over the weekend in a family room. The pub nearby was very loud and the noise kept us awake until 3am. The male receptionist was very helpful with our queries and checkin. The hotel facility was dated but it was acceptable for one night accommodation. Location is great, next to Roselind park and everything. “The hotel's location is extremely convenient, and the room rate represented good value. However, it is apparent that limited investment has been made in updating and maintaining the rooms. There were several maintenance and amenity issues that impacted the overall experience, including curtains and blinds that were coming away from the windows, the absence of USB charging ports, no milk pods provided in the fridge, and shower temperature controls that were difficult to regulate. “Beautiful area but was let down on the cleanliness and facilities. The white bedding had brown stains all over and cob webs in the bath room. On multiple websites it stated their was a spa for guest use, despite this not being the case. The info in our room also stated breakfast basket apon arrival as well as spa for guest to use, neither which were true.
