“Randy checked in on us when we arrived. Gave us suggestions for rainy day activities. He also checked in as we were to leave. He even assisted me in making arrangements for a goof that was completely my fault. He was easily accessible and I knew I could call him if I needed anything else. The weather was not great while we were there. But the view was spectacular anyway. Saw whales from the balcony, and so fun to see the turtle there almost every day. “Overall was an amazing experience, the location was great. The only thing we didn’t like was that the cleaning was very minimal. Dishes were not cleaned properly and random things like tv remotes were greasy and not cleaned properly as well. Other than that, everything was great!”
