Dealing with My Perfect Stay was great. The communication was excellent & the cleanliness was as good as it could be considering the condition of the unit. We very much appreciated the yummy cookies & coffee upon arrival.As for the unit, it needs a lot of work. The bathroom is horribly tiny & needs overhauled, the patio furniture needs replaced (it leaves brown on your clothes & is too short) along with the closet mirrored doors that don’t slide. The shades & ropes on the patio also need replacing. We would also highly recommend doing a retrofit on all the can lights in the unit which would help tremendously. The bed was comfortable & the large slider to the patio is fantastic! Would be much better if the seawall wasn’t so ugly. We felt like we were in the traffic pattern between the pool & bottom units. This would be a great spot if you had kids, but pretty busy for a couple on vacation. We did very much appreciate the beach chairs & Hawaii vibe of the unit! For the cost we were expecting a bit more, but we did have a lovely time in Maui. Thank you.
