Maui Sands was first developed in the early 60s. We are just under 3 acres on the ocean. it was not highly developed with many multi story buildings. We are a VERY LOW DENSITY property. We only have 6 two story buildings with 6-8 condos each. That means you will NOT be on vacation surrounded by 100s of other guests.

Maui Sands is a very special place. There is a large inner courtyard that opens to the ocean. You will be surrounded by beautiful mature Hawaiian flora. At night, you can hear the ocean from the condo.

The building is not on the beach but set back a bit with a great close in view of the ocean.
