Beautiful condo with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the view of Diamond head, daily sunrise. Parking is included and the location is perfect. The host is very friendly , kind, accessible and made the check in easy. We loved our stay here and plan to return again.

The view was def obstructed but could see the ocean in between buildings . The condo itself is beautifully redone and very clean . Only 2 towels so I found that disappointing , there is a W/D for $8.00 on the floor to wash when needed . Disappointed in no pool or bbq but it rained anyway the whole time . Lots of extras like beach chairs , umbrellas and even a lunch box that was very handy if we would have had any sun . It was a beautiful condo .

This place was perfect. It was clean, had all the amenities, close proximity to the ocean and stores. The owners were very responsive to any needs although there aren’t any questions because everything was simple and perfectly orchestrated. I would stay there again and again. Planning on another trip next year and already planning to stay here. Waking up to a view of the mountain was an added bonus.

Parking garage has a height limit so my Yukon rental car could not get in. Pool area is closed for the renovation.

The room was nice, had everything we needed! Awesome views from the lanai and great location to the beach and surrounding shops. We were sad to leave, would definitely stay again!

Simply put… My favorite place to stay in Oahu now. Better than the hotel life. Full kitchen etc.. they go above and beyond. 100/100 recommend. I will most definitely be doing business with them again. Huge shout out to Expedia as well! 🎉🎉

We stayed at the Waikiki Banyan in a unit managed by Midway Vacations. There were intense rain storms that week with much flooding. There was a power outage from Fri afternoon that was still not restored when we attempted to inquire about the status Sat morning. We had 2 major issues: poor communication and safety. First, there was no/poor communication on the part of Midway Vacations, the Banyan front desk staff and the security staff. We learned that the electrical system of the property would take 7-10 days for it to be repaired. This was told to us by other guests in the single elevator that was operating on generator in this 38-floor building. We tried to corroborate the info downstairs - the front desk and security team refused to be forthright and said that we should consult the property management firm (ie Midway, who were not answering phones). Then there were 2 fire alarms in the middle of the night Friday. The first was a false alarm, there were no fire dept responders. We went down 20 floors from the 34th floor before there was an all clear. During the descent and climb up, there were several guests who were having much difficulty navigating the evacuation down/up the stairs, stopping frequently. There was a full evacuation with fire dept responders at the second fire alarm. Again we learned from other guests and residents of the building, that false alarms are not infrequent. One resident said she did not evacuate even with HFD on the premise. Exasperating

Condo was nice and clean! I had to call customer service because I was in the 1st tower close to the parking garage and they were super helpful.Stayed on the phone withme until I got to the correct tower and was able to openthe door. Highly recommend.

Everything was clean. Great view. Things to note there is Not a W/D in the actual unit. One on every floor though. They had 2 chairs & a small cooler we used. That was fantastic. We would stay again.
