Absolutely amazing vacation. Property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The onsite store on the first floor is a great perk and saves from going out in town last minute. We enjoyed both pools and the onsite restaurant as well. Bit of a walk to the beach and lagoon but not to bad and it’s a wide sidewalk the whole way down and back. Overall we loved this property and would definitely stay here again!

Great place for the money. The view is amazing. Having breakfast on the balcony everyday was so relaxing. The televisions are high quality and large. We had several fun movie nights.Only a few dislikes, the a/c in the main bedroom is loud. It didn't bother my spouse but it bothered me. The toilet gets in the way to enter the shower. The 45 daily parking fee is so much.*** Maintenance crew of the building entered our condo while we were gone to "inspect a water leak." But there was no leak and we never reported a leak. Even with these few issues, I'd stay again.

Notice that Maintenance came in to check water leak when there was no leak reported.

Clean, awesome location, close to all Waikiki has to offer. I had a request to fix a clogged shower drain and someone showed up literally 5 minutes later and took care of it. Communications with the management company were timely and professional.

We enjoyed our stay. It was as advertised. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We were within walking distance of a fabulous food truck park.

It was OK, won’t return -can’t smell the internet-

Title quite misleading, this is NOT the Hilton! It’s an older building called the Ilikai. This was our first trip to Hawaii and are here b/c military family. Pros’s: clean and comfortable beds! Clean towels! Maki, who works for the management co. was very kind. Has functional kitchen. Con’s: The drains smell like sewage: mainly noticed in the bathrooms. The place needs attention: chipped paint, old fixtures, grimy couch-it was very dirty and old-would not sit on it without a towel. Upon arrival, no internet. Called the management company around 3pm and was angrily told that I received the “after hours” line. They sounded gruff & reluctant to get someone there for the internet and running toilet but, thankfully, they did. The internet was fixed the next morning, thank you! The “2nd bedroom” is really a sleeping area, need to close the track slated doors..maintenance came to fix those doors as they didn’t work but they didn’t check all of them (3 tracks) so they needed to come back to complete job. They were unfriendly & put out. The property manager did solve the internet issue but not thrilled. After interaction with him and maintenance crew to fix the “bedroom doors” I hesitated to call them about anything else…don’t need negativity. The cups in the kitchen were cheap and old. For the $ that we paid, we would expect that someone would pay a little attention to this unit. Only 4 working main elevators for 24 fls and 3 wings at Ilikai are so busy & packed. Thankful for beds.

Relaxing stay

The building is older, but well maintained. There were some electrical issues, but nothing to do with the owners of the unit. Property was fantastic, clean, perfect placement for water run or just walking around town.

Ilikai condo-style Waikiki stay

Our family of 5 stayed for 7 nights at the Ilikai hotel, and we really liked the location being so close to just about everything. It was nice staying in a place that had a full kitchen, and it was nice having the lanai with a beautiful view of the ocean. We could see and hear the show at the hotel across the street. So cool! The valet parking, though pricey, made it very convenient and easy to come and go as we pleased. It was also nice having easy access to the beach so nearby. Did not use the pools as they was very small and felt kind of claustrophobic. The hotel lobby is beautiful and well-kept for being older. The unit itself looks like it was partially remodelled in the kitchen and bathrooms several years ago , but the rest off the place does look older, which includes the furniture. Not sure why the trash can in the master bath couldn’t be replaced because it is old and rusty and the floor pedal broken. It was nice having the air-conditioning. The most frustrating thing was the wifi not working. And since we came in on a Saturday, nothing could be done since things are closed on the weekend. It was a challenge getting someone to take care of it. We were not given wifi access until Wednesday after I called again and sent emails. Everyone we had contact with was super nice! All-in-all it was a good stay.

Great economical condo on Waikiki Beach

The lighting in the kitchen and living room could have been brighter for Seniors with vision problems. Other than that the accommodations were great for their price range. Close to lots of shops and restaurants including fast food. Good valet service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! We’ll stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Hawaii trip for family of 6

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It had enough space for all of us and a beautiful view too. Thanks for the beach chairs and boogie boards to use also. We definitely recommend a stay with them.

Overall it was great

Beds were a bit lumpy and the furniture was a bit outdated and cramped couldn’t get the TV to work but the view was gorgeous the appliances were great and super helpful the location was beautiful and the hotel was so nice great staff i’m sure if we had made the owners aware of the TV they would have helped us like they did with everything else was a very nice time

Amazing Property and location

Beautiful property and helpful and friendly hosts! We had a lovely stay at the VRBO. There property was great and we enjoyed all the amenities of the Illikai. We took advantage of the restaurants onsite, snorkel rentals, ice cream and shops! The valet parking was extremely convenient and affordable. The hosts were very helpful when we were planning our trip by giving us lots of great recommendations. On Friday night, we watched a beautiful fireworks show from our balcony. It was an incredible view from the balcony!

Such a great place to stay

Great location, beautiful view from morning to night, and right next to a great shopping experience at Hawaiian Village. Comfortable beds and on-site washers and dryers. The MOST AMAZING massage I’ve ever had. So good I booked another one 2 days later. She worked out more kinks and knots than I knew I had. What more could you want?

Great property and location

Check in and check out could not have been smoother. Exceptional communication from the property manager before and during our stay. This was a reunion place for family members who have not been able to be together for the past 3 1/2 years. We had room to gather on the balcony enjoying the ocean view and breezes. There was plenty of room for family night games around the table. And convenient to beach activities, pool access, and Honolulu sights and experiences. Loved it!
