El condominio penthouse tiene vista al mar y está a pasos de la playa de Waikiki y tiene una vista parcial de las icónicas laderas del cráter Diamond Head. Está a un corto paseo del Hilton Hawaiian Village, Hale Koa y Royal Hawaiian Hotel. We had a great time in this condo, it was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed and the location was great. 5 minutes from Waikīkī beach and the shopping area… you can’t beat this location. Free parking is also a great plus …The host is awesome and very responsive - one beach chair was ripped - and within a day we got two new chairs Thank you for a great stay

Property was clean and as described. Great access to beach with plenty of toys. Lanai was fabulous and great for sunsets. Some street noise and music on different nights. Great shave ice location on street level. Many shops and restaurants! Beds were comfortable; second bathroom was snug. Parking is tight; especially for a bigger vehicle. You do have 11 steps to bring luggage up or down and that may be tough for some.

Great location to everything. It was kind of hard checking in because instructions were kind of complicated. Very frustrating that we could get are parking spot for over two hours because a cleaning person was parked there. Overall the stay and the accommodations were great. Thanks!

The Penthouse

we stayed at Mark‘s place for 10 days. Upon arrival until we departed we did not have to need anything. His place is well equipped, clean, roomy, and has nice bathroom products. Whenever I had an issue, Mark was great to reply promptly and resolve the issue if he could. I would encourage anybody with a family to go there. You won’t be disappointed. It’s walking distance to everything, the downtown Waikiki shopping, to the beach, to the souvenir stores, it’s got everything you need right there. And he also gives you a parking space so if you wanna go a little further out in Rent-A-Car, you’re all set. Mark was a wonderful host and I met some of his staff and they’re amazing as well if I go back again, that’s where I’ll stay! Aloha.

Good & Bad- Honest review

This location offered close beach and store/restaurant access. Along with the 3 bedrooms we required. There are also some negatives that i wish i would have know because they would have been a deal breakers. 1st - the elevator only goes to 10th floor, you have to then walk up a flight of stairs to get to penthouse. I need a knee replacement so this proved challenging. 2nd - me and my son shared the room by front door, the garbage men pick up garbage at 2am everyday. So everyday we got woken up at 2am hearing the garbage being dumped in alley. 3rd- yes there is parking but its a very small garage on bottom of building. Very hard to maneuver in and out of. 4th - the furniture is VERY broken in, meaning not supportive or comfortable. So this is penthouse on 11th floor,

Family Spring Break

We found this place for a 8-person family vacation (4 adults, and 4 children). Amazing location in the heart of downtown, beautiful views, clean place with enough amenities and beach equipment for the whole family. Thank you for a great stay.

great family location on Waikiki

My wife and I stayed here with our son and his family (wife and children 13, 11, and 9). The unit was great with fantastic view of Waikiki including the Friday night fireworks display. /it was just 5 minutes off the beach on Waikiki and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels were provided for our use. There were lanais on eacj each end with seating on both. We loved staying here, and it was a very beautiful and classy introduction to Hawaii for my our son's family. Mahalo!

Location was great in Waikiki, with a lot close by. Place was spacious for our family of 5. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, etc which were provided. Wrap around lanai was nice. Would stay here again.

Family vacation

Excellent place with lots of space and walking distance to food/shopping. Enjoyed the lanai, you can see fireworks at night. Conveniently had supplies for the beach: chairs, umbrella, towels & some beach toys which came in handy. Parking was a little tight but worked for our van. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay by Waikiki beach

Great location and size! The penthouse is located close to Waikiki beach and has a beautiful view of the skyline on both sides of the wrap around balcony. Really spacious 3 bedroom with large living room. Mark is very responsive and the access is secure since you need an elevator key. The building is really close to the shopping street, with all brand names stores. Highly recommend! Hope to be back.

Great Waikiki Location and Views

Centrally located close to the beach and eateries. Great views and easy assigned parking spot. Beds are all comfortable and the unit was clean. Our adult group loved this property. You may not want to stay here if you cannot walk up a flight of stairs, you have little kids or if city noise at night bothers you.

Awesome Property

Located in a perfect area of Waikiki--1000 steps to the beach. Penthouse with a wrap around veranda. We could see the water despite being a block from the beach. Great restaurants, great shopping. Such a lovely penthouse condo and so comfortable.

Great location!

Stayed five nights with a big family. The penthouse is located in the middle of major tourist attractions. The beach, restaurants, and stores, we could find almost everything nearby. There was a reviewer saying a bit noisy at night, but it is just acceptable for such a life in the middle of the tourist city. Mark, the host of the penthouse, was really helpful. We arrived earlier than expected, and he allowed us to check in ahead of time. We were so grateful for this offer, especially after a long flight. We really enjoyed the stay in Waikiki. The three bedroom penthouse may be too big for a group of two or three, it’s perfect for a family. We highly recommend.
