Absolutely not worth the cost despite the location. Never have we been in a Vrbo this gross. There were a total of two towels in the entire unit. Everything was stained and dirty. Obvious evidence of termites. And in the bed!! Every night we had to wipe off the beds in order to clear the bug mess and sleep. We slept on top of the comforter because we too grossed out by the state of the sheets underneath. There was no way to do laundry and only one set of linens, for a week stay on the beach. All of the dishes and drawers had dirty dishes and evidence of bugs. It was like this from the day we set foot in the unit so it could not possibly have been from anything we did. While we were there, we barely had any food in the unit at all and did not leave messes. I've lived in Miami and other tropical locations, "this is an island" is not a legitimate excuse for the state of this unit. If this was a hotel I would have demanded a new room and refund. It was utterly unacceptable by any reasonable lodging standards. Prior to this we have had 0 problems with any other hosts and have used the service regularly.
