Gran Descuento Apertura - Estudio reformado - impresionantes vistas al mar sin obstáculos

Estamos muy contentos de añadir este estudio para nuestros alquiler de vacaciones en Waikiki. Ubicado frente a la playa de Waikiki y el parque Kapiolani, este pedazo de paraíso ofrece vistas al océano sin obstáculos y de Diamond Head, el parque y el zoológico.

Buscamos condominios durante 10 años en este edificio y finalmente fuimos capaces de comprar este fantástico estudio. Remodelamos por completo esta pieza del paraíso con nuevos mostradores de granito, un nuevo refrigerador de tamaño completo, fregadero, aire acondicionado split de alta calidad, televisor de pantalla plana de 40 "y mucho más.

Es un gran lugar para aquellos que aman el aire libre. El encantador parque Kapiolani y la playa están al otro lado de la calle, donde puedes caminar, correr, surfear, andar en bote, nadar e incluso caminar por Diamond Head. También es el lugar perfecto si pone en la playa es su forma de ejercicio!

Es la ola hasta? Basta con mirar por la ventana para descubrir! Hay mesa de vacaciones y lecciones cerca. El punto de bodyboard primero es 1 minuto! Al lado de esto es una enorme zona de la playa que está protegida por una pared de mar por lo que es como una gigantesca piscina de agua salada. Todas las zonas cercanas a la playa cuentan con salvavidas.

cable de fibra óptica de alta velocidad se acaba de instalar en todo el edificio, que ofrece WIFI gratuito y televisión de alta definición. El televisor está conectado a Internet y puede ver videos de Netflix, Amazon y otros en los que tiene una cuenta.

El edificio cuenta con un hermoso vestíbulo y servicio de recepción para proporcionar servicios de conserjería. Hay una piscina, lavandería, restaurante de hamburguesas, bar y un estacionamiento en las instalaciones (las tarifas de estacionamiento son las más razonables en Waikiki). Dos ascensores dan servicio a todos los pisos del edificio.

En lugar de mirar a otro edificio de condominios, no verá nada más que Green Park, Diamond Head y el océano para su vista. Sin embargo, está muy cerca de todas las maravillosas comodidades de Waikiki.

This place was great! The room is small but for the most part we were out and about anyway. It was really nice to have all of the beach essentials in the closet. The views from the lanai are gorgeous. Parking was a bit tricky as it’s in a very popular area but the front desk was really helpful in figuring out options. Highly recommend!

Definitely a smaller condo, but we weren’t there much . Lots to do not enough time to stay in room. The place was clean and described the exact as what’s there. The balcony view is overlooking the zoo and there’s a good lookout on the pier and beach. A block away from the water lots of places around to shop or eat at: would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed on this property for our honeymoon. My husband and I loved the room it was smaller but the size was just fine for the two of us. You have a great view of the beach and the mirrors in the room make it so you’re essentially looking at the beach the whole time. Loved that. Location was awesome, one minute walk to the beach where it’s less crowded and close walk to all the main Waikiki stuff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved hanging out on the lanai every morning and night. Will definitely book this property again on our next visit.

This property met our expectations. In choosing a property, our top priority was a lanai (balcony) with a great view of the ocean. So many of the properties and hotels in the area have obstructed views. We were aware that the room would be on the small size. And while it was a little cramped, it was serviceable. The interior is a bit dated, bit everything was clean and functional. The also has AC. The view from the lanai was spectacular and unobstructed. We had a great view of both the ocean and Diamond Head. We spent a lot of time on the lanai during our one week stay. This is a hotel and there were staff available at all times. The location is a half block from the beach and was walkable to everything on Waikiki. We were able to reserve onsite parking for 35 per day. You do need to reserve online. The owner Steve was extremely attentive. He was great during the booking process and checked in a few times during our stay. All in all, we were very happy with the accommodations and will miss the daily stays on the lanai

Very convenient location in Waikiki with the zoo, beach and shops just minutes away. Enjoyed the view of Diamond Head and the ocean when sitting on the lanai. The host checked on us several times to make sure things were going well. The unit is quite small but has the basic amenities.

ProsProperty owner is very responsive.Beautiful view from the balcony.Super short walk to the beachConsReserved parking are small stalls in a garage below the hotel.Not super serious since we weren't in the room enough but TV is super outdated and not allowed to watch streaming services if you have the ad plans cause the tv doesn't allow ads. Only streaming services available on the tv are Netflix and Amazon.Pictures make the room seem bigger and cleanerTemperature of the shower is inconsistent but it is mentioned on the wall of the bathroomOne of the beach chairs were broken and the umbrella was kind of broken. Both were still usable.The room seems like it hasn't had a thorough cleaning in a couple years.

This unit is perfect if you don't plan to be in the room for long or cooking any meals. There is a full size fridge and a small coffee pot; clean linens and amenities for the beach(chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, small cooler). It is just across the street from the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Not sure if I would call it a studio apartment, as it is extremely small; the bar stools and oversized chair make it seem even smaller and they feel a bit too big for the space.While we did have some issues getting into the unit and difficulty with TV & wifi, Steve did attempt to resolve issues and communicated with us often. Overall, a nice, small unit if you need a place to sleep and want to be close to the beach.

Excellent location to stay!

We absolutely loved this place! It is small but has everything needed for 2 people to stay comfortably for well over a week. The views from the balcony are amazing! It is right on the edge of the busy beach area so it is perfect for those that want to have access to the fancy shops and restaurants but if that’s not your thing, it’s easy to avoid. Building is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, and the room has everything needed for hanging at the beach! Would 100% stay here again!

Waikiki Grand Studio Stay

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Waikiki Grand Hotel. Sipping coffee on the balcony with the view of Waikiki beach was truly relaxing. The studio had everything you need to cook a quick meal and make coffee. The bed was comfortable. Beach accessories and surfing equipment is available if needed. Restaurants and convenience stores are steps away including the Honolulu Zoo. Steve went out of his way to make sure our check in and check out went smoothly. He checked in periodically to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

10 days in Waikiki

Great Property! Amazing location! Incredible view from private Lanai. Woke every morning to the distant sound of the animals at Honolulu Zoo looking over the park and Diamond Head. Everything you could possibly need for a beach holiday. Would definitely recommend and book next time I am in Waikiki

Wonderful All Around

Extraordinary view of Diamond Head & ocean. Very compact and functional unit. Loved the lanai. Very comfortable bed. Lots of hot water,excellent communication with owner. Unit was well- equipped and everything worked just fine.

Location location w hip laud back friendliness

Living on the edge of glory. Waikiki can become too crowded and sometimes too tourists. This location is primo for the best of both worlds. The zoo park and diamondhead bring the calm needed.

Phenomenal View & Great Location

The condo was located so close to the beach, many great restaurants, and shopping establishments. This made our stay so convenient. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach from the condo and our balcony was absolutely phenomenal! The condo owner, Steve is kind, professional, and was very timely with his responses. We will definitely be returning!

Location! Location! Location!

We had a wonderful time! Close to beach and Restaurants. The condo in s across from the Zoo and a large park. We walked to the left everyday where the beach was a lot quieter. Everything you need for the day. Chairs, umbrella and cooler. The balcony is lovely with a view of Diamond Head and the ocean. It is very small condo, but we really left for mist of the day, so not a problem .
