I feel like there is so much good to say about this condo. It is decorated nicely with all the comforts of home. There were 5 of us. My husband, my parents and our 9 year old son. We all were comfortable in our separate rooms each with a king bed. The pull out sofa was quite comfortable, I can even attest to that as I fell asleep on it with my son after some long days. No need to go down to the crowded beach for Fireworks, the condo faces the marina and the lagoon with a perfect view of Friday night fireworks.We elected to use the valet service and they are all extremely friendly and prompt. There is laundry on each floor. Not too busy in the morning or at night. They are pretty quick too. Took a little figuring out to pay at the machines, but works well with Google Pay. There is so much to do within walking distance, we definitely took advantage of that. The ice cream shop and coffee shop in the lobby are fantastic!The beach and Lagoon are about a 5 minute walk from the property and there is a convenient path to avoid walking on a street or through a parking lot. We found the Lagoon very enjoyable. We did notice there were a few boogie boards, beach umbrellas, coolers, and chairs in the unit that were nice to use at the beach. Lastly, Jeannie the host is very responsive with any questions or concerns. We communicated with her prior to our stay and during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the comfort. We would stay again!
