I feel like there is so much good to say about this condo. It is decorated nicely with all the comforts of home. There were 5 of us. My husband, my parents and our 9 year old son. We all were comfortable in our separate rooms each with a king bed. The pull out sofa was quite comfortable, I can even attest to that as I fell asleep on it with my son after some long days. No need to go down to the crowded beach for Fireworks, the condo faces the marina and the lagoon with a perfect view of Friday night fireworks.We elected to use the valet service and they are all extremely friendly and prompt. There is laundry on each floor. Not too busy in the morning or at night. They are pretty quick too. Took a little figuring out to pay at the machines, but works well with Google Pay. There is so much to do within walking distance, we definitely took advantage of that. The ice cream shop and coffee shop in the lobby are fantastic!The beach and Lagoon are about a 5 minute walk from the property and there is a convenient path to avoid walking on a street or through a parking lot. We found the Lagoon very enjoyable. We did notice there were a few boogie boards, beach umbrellas, coolers, and chairs in the unit that were nice to use at the beach. Lastly, Jeannie the host is very responsive with any questions or concerns. We communicated with her prior to our stay and during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the comfort. We would stay again!

This was a very nice condo with a wonderful view as accurately depicted in the photos. Comfortable bed in master( only one used! Plenty of plush towels, which was nice. Perfect for 1 or2 couples. A/c was very Efficient in all rooms but rarely used at night with the nice Bree. A big bonus was no bus or flying creatures so not having screens was not an issue. Plenty of dishes and a large table. Comfortable outdoor seating on both patios. Jeannie was available for all questions or concerns and was very attentive. The property itself is very nice with convenient store and ice cream parlor. Waikīkī itself was so nice and the beaches and grounds kept very clean. Love the fireworks!! If your happen to be retired or active military, the Hale Koa is 5 minute walk.. extra bonuses

Beautiful view and very close to a pretty shallow lagoon that is great for kids and just steps from the beautiful beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We did have an issue that affected our first night stay (no sheets for the single bed which had us putting a child to bed with his parents in the king bed). However, the host and cleaning staff were extremely apologetic and really went out of their way to try and correct it. I wouldn’t describe it as “luxury” as the listing states and it does not look like the professional photos on the listing but for a weekend, it was adequate for us.

This was perfect for my husband and me plus our two daughters. One daughter took the sofa bed and said again and again how comfortable it was. The location was perfect. The coffee downstairs was so good we went every day. The room is at the end of the hall, giving us an unobstructed view and privacy. Would come back again.

Steps to the marina

We were in Honolulu to support a crew racing in the TransPac 2025 from LA to Honolulu. The location could not have been better for accessing Hawaii Yacht Club and the marina.The apartment was also within walking distance of Waikiki dining and shopping. There was convenient pay parking behind the building for our rental car so we were able to drive to hiking and snorkeling outside of Waikiki.

There was construction being done upstairs each day it started between 9 am and 10 am. It was continuous and sounded like a jack hammer. I got a nice place so we could chill inside but it was too loud to enjoy the condo. The place itself was gorgeous.

Quick stay for Pearl Harbor visit

The property was clean and well stocked. There was local shampoo and body washes provided for both showers that smelled great. One issue was the master bedroom slider did not have a lock on it but overall the balconies provided great views of the ocean and marina. Communication with the property manager was not needed during our trip, but would suggest having a few extra beach chairs in the unit for the lagoon/beach across the street.

Ultimate Famiky Getaway

We had an amazing time in Oahu! This condo was exactly as advertised. We had pretty much everything we needed. We were surprised when we got there to find additional items not listed in the description- 8 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, 3 boogie boards, and 2 coolers- a welcomed surprise! The owner was very attentive to questions. Absolutely loved it!

Beautiful Condo and View

The condo was amazing! The description was completely accurate. We had everything we needed to enjoy our team in Waikiki. The fireworks show on Friday night was amazing to watch from the balcony. We also enjoyed hanging out on the balcony every morning with our coffee. The property had great amenities on site as well. I would highly recommend this property.

The space was adequate, but the pictures made it look much nicer and more updated. The patio furniture was worn and moved around. The kitchen and living room still had food crumbs on the floor. The ceilings were really low which was not evident in the pictures. The unit upstairs was under construction, so it was loud at times. We didn’t hear neighbors at all. There were a couple of beach chairs that were left from previous guests which was a nice surprise. The size of the unit was good. The view was great. The owner responded quickly.

I would not consider this a “luxury” condo. Attention to detail was just not there (dirty dingy rugs, dust throughout, needed paint, etc). Pocket door to the bathroom did not work when we arrived, I called the property manager who then asked me to call the mx person (I should have only had to make 1 phone call). Unit right above us was doing renovations so it was super noisy. I guess I missed it when looking at the unit but there is NO washer/dryer in the unit. Location was in a good spot, but I would not go back.
