Waikiki Banyan is an ideal home base for recreation or relaxation. On the grounds, you'll also enjoy tennis and basketball courts, a putting green, laundry facilities, a sauna, and free parking. Grab your morning latte from the coffee shop downstairs and walk to Waikiki's golden-sand beaches, shops, restaurants, and bustling Kalakaua Avenue - all within half a mile. Have a fun-filled family day at the Honolulu Zoo, less than one mile away. Hop on the free shuttle to Ala Moana Shopping Center, the largest open air shopping mall in the world.

Greet each morning outside on your private lanai, a lovely spot to take in the view of Honolulu and listen to the city come to life. Prepare breakfast in the kitchen with every essential, sit down for pancakes at the eat-in dining table, and head out the door for a day of swimming and snorkeling.

In the evenings, unwind on the lanai at golden hour, pull up a seat to the desk to log onto the complimentary WiFi, and stream your favorite movies on the smart TVs in the living room and bedroom.

The Recreation Deck Amenities will be closed until further notice. This includes: Pool, Jacuzzi, Playground and BBQ's. Noisy Hours 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
No oversized vehicles allowed. Vans and smaller vehicles only.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
