    Te informamos de que actualmente se están realizando trabajos de pintura exterior en el edificio como parte de su proyecto de mejora en curso.
    -Se puede acceder al balcón; sin embargo, aún se está pintando el exterior en la fachada que da a la ciudad.
    -El proyecto comenzó en mayo de 2025 y, según lo previsto, finalizará en otoño de 2026.
    Te agradecemos de corazón tu paciencia y comprensión mientras se llevan a cabo estas mejoras en el edificio.

アラモアナも近く、バス停も近いのでワイキキにもアクセス良く、お得に泊まることができました。眺めも日当たりも良かったです。オーナーさんも連絡するとすぐに返信が来て、コミュニケーションを取りやすかったです。

The location was perfect for nearby shopping, beach’s and the parks. We did a few tours and was within a block of the pickup location and we had a blast. I would definitely book thru Ali'i Beach Rentals and VRBO again and will suggest it to friends and family.

Great location between Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana areas! Even though it was raining the majority of our visit - we were still able to enjoy the beautiful view of the harbor every day. We enjoyed our extended stay and really felt comfortable, safe and we look forward to going back again soon!

Pros-Great VIEW & location! Very clean! Beach chairs and snorkel gear to use. Cons-The lanai door locked due to maintenanceno opening windows or lanai door, HUGE disappointment! No salt pepper oil etc for cooking.

Great Sunset Views!

This condo is just like pictured. It was very clean and the property management was very responsive to a couple of items. I would rent this unit again.

The host was excellent. Great communications, and everything was as described. I gave it four stars because of the hallways leading to the condo. There is a noticeable musty smell. This has nothing to do with the condo, but it is a poor first impression of the building. The location is good, easy walking to the beaches, restaurants and shops. The condo is old, but nicely refurbished. Not fancy, but comfortable. The view of the harbor and ocean is great. Really nice to wake up to. Another plus was having a car rental company right in the building. Island Rental had a Mustang convertible for 99/day. We’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and view

Very clean little condo with an excellent view of Ilikai Marina and the ocean. Walking distance to beaches and shops, food and coffee. Wish we could have planned a longer trip. Highly recommend. Plan to pay for parking.

The last two days of our stay, the unit was uninhabitable due to very loud, persistent drilling noises from above. Very annoying. Please refund two days of rental expense.

Exceeded our expectations

We enjoyed our stay more than we thought we would. It was quieter than we thought it would be, being so close to bustling Waikiki. This condo faces the ocean and harbor which we loved, but it also reduced the noise. We loved watching the sunsets, the boats coming and going, the fireworks, and being able to walk everywhere! The building is older, but i think it helped reduce the noise. I would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip

Very nice location. Bed springs creaked terribly!! Not very comfortable Otherwise the condo was clean with easy access to 3 different beaches and lots of shops

Loved our stay

Exactly as pictured. Check in & out was simple. Balcony has an amazing view. Only thing we struggled with was keeping the wifi connection on the TV, but other than that it was great

I am very dissatisfied with the parking situation that they don't offer discounted parking rate for long term renters (monthly rate) Also we found the couch in front of TV very uncomfortable.

Reviewer Comments: I stayed 5 nights at this rental and it’s exactly as described in the description- great location, clean, well-stocked and easy to access. Views are great and it’s super convenient to Waikiki, Ala Moana Park/Beach and shops. If you have a car, parking is super easy for $1 an hour at the Marina/ beach or in the garage in the building. As a solo traveler I felt safe here.

When we got here, things were fine except they were very few glasses cups and utensils and kitchen towels. They did get those items to us, but the worst part was they explained that they would be minor maintenance and they didn’t explain that they were going to close off the lanai for our last whole week. Be careful and verify if the lanai will be closed off, we did not enjoy that part of our stay the seating arrangement chairs need to be updated. One or two of them are broken. The main chair in the living area has no cushion support. You can’t even use it. Overall, we loved the view and the fireworks. It was just sad that we weren’t able to use the on the lanai.
