    The Space:

    Morning light filters across the mountain ridgelines and city skyline as you ease into the day from the 37th floor, high above Waikiki’s steady rhythm. Trade winds drift through while you sip coffee and take in sweeping views that stretch from the city skyline to the canal and nearby golf course. Evenings settle in softly here, with the glow of Honolulu below and the beach just a short walk away.



    Sleeping arrangements

    This one-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests - 1 bedroom | 2 beds | 1 bath. The bedroom features a king bed, closet and dresser storage, and room-darkening shades for restful nights. In the living area, a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. A crib is also available for little ones.



    Living space

    The open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas into one easygoing space. Relax on the sectional sofa and stream your favorite shows on the 55 inch HDTV with standard cable, or stay connected with fast wifi - 211 Mbps, verified by speed test. Air conditioning is provided via a window AC unit, complemented by a ceiling fan for added comfort.



    Kitchen & dining

    The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with full-size appliances and everything you need to cook and dine in. A dining table offers space for shared meals, morning planning sessions, or remote work.



    Bathroom & essentials

    The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bathroom essentials. Fresh linens, towels, and essentials are provided for your stay. Paid washer and paid dryer facilities are available in the building, and long term stays are allowed for 28 days or more.



    Outdoor & building amenities

    Beach days are easy with shared beach access and beach essentials ready for use. Within the building, you’ll find a shared heated pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna. Please note the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026. A shared BBQ grill - electric, outdoor playground, elevator access, EV charger - level 2, and free parking garage on premises - 1 space add to the convenience. Self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival.

    Visitors can enjoy the golden sands of Waikiki Beach, just a short stroll away, or explore a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. Iconic landmarks such as Diamond Head and Kapiolani Park are within easy reach, making the Waikiki Banyan an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. The neighborhood’s warm aloha spirit and tropical ambiance create a welcoming atmosphere for all.



    Getting Around:

    Getting around the Waikiki Banyan is easy, with many attractions like Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park just a short walk away. Public transportation, rideshares, and bike rentals are readily available, while nearby bus stops connect you to popular destinations like Ala Moana and Pearl Harbor. The Banyan also offers parking for those exploring by car.



    Other Things to Note:

    ✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

    The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



    Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



    • A large heated swimming pool

    • Three brand-new hot tubs

    • A brand-new sauna

    • All new loungers and daybeds

    • Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

    • A children’s playground

    • A full tennis and play court



    Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

    The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 18, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful location with all the amenities of home. We truly appreciated the cleanliness and the extras such as the cooler and beach chairs. This facility was within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants.

Glorious stay

Excellent location. Very clean apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Beach items used often. Kitchen could use a picture for drinks. Air conditioning unit very very loud.

Excellent unit with a view of the mountains

37th floor facing the mountains provided a great view. AC and fans worked. Figured out that the metal bar needed to be in a horizontal position for the ice maker to function. Unit was clean. Parking pass and key were on the kitchen table in plain site. Instructions for departure were printed and clear. Management company were very helpful and timely in answering my questions. All in all an excellent stay.

The interior was fine. Due to the trade winds, the sound of the wind was very loud at that 37 story height. I see now why the owner expanded the living space to encompass the lanai. I had expectations of lounging on the lanai to read and enjoy the view and of course was disappointed in that - of course no fault of owner. The parking space was a wonderful point,

Great Experience!!!

My wife and I found this condo to celebrate our one year anniversary for a total of a nine night stay. Overall, we were more than pleased with the room and our experience in Hawaii. We highly recommend and would stay here again if returning to the island. Pros: -Wonderful views of the mountains and the city lights from the bedroom and living room. Sunrise is particularly beautiful. Being on the 37th floor helps give the great views. -All the furnishings are brand new and beautiful amenities as well. The owner really took the time and spent the money to provide an excellent experience. I'm talking about having aluminum foil for cooking, oven mits, oven pans, full set of silverware, plates, mugs, cups, salt and pepper, cooking spray, etc. Etc. Above and beyond what we expected. -comfortable bed, pillows, and furniture -hot water and good water pressure for showers -extras provided such as beach towels, beach chairs, ironing board, iron, laundry bag, etc. -access to pool, hot tub, grill and lounge area -2 block walk to the beach -walking distance to anything and everything in Waikiki. Shopping, restaurants, etc. -includes parking pass (normally $30.00/day) -cafe and small market in lobby of the banyon -well maintained property -hundreds of stations on the TV to choose from including movies -smooth operation overall including communication by owner and recommendedations given for visit -beautiful bright green parakeets that visited us in the mornings -plenty of towels -very reasonable price - switch powered blinds and remotes for fans -coupon code to stay again Cons: -A couple of times the sound wasn't working when watching the satellite/cable box. I don't think it was a TV issue because the over the air local stations always worked with sound -the key didn't work for the men's sauna and the womens was out of order -one night the fire alarm went off and the entire condo had to evacuate for 2 hours. The fire dept. Didn't know why it went off. Maybe was pulled by a guest? -The AC unit was a bit loud -that we had to leave As mentioned, beautiful, brand new, comfortable and would highly recommend. Thanks for making our anniversary special

Perfect Waikiki stay!

We had a great few days in Waikiki! The location was perfect. A couple of blocks to the beach and great local food. Parking included is a bonus for this area of Honolulu. The place was immaculate! Nice homely touches made it a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be looking to stay here again! Great communication with host and easy check in process!
