The property features convenient on-site dining at `Forty Niner` cafe, a large swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQ grills with picnic tables, and a well-equipped fitness center.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM. While we may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in, it’s not guaranteed and must be requested in advance. Please reach out around 12 noon on your arrival day to check availability.

Parking Information:
*Island Colony Garage: Parking is available in the adjacent garage for $47 per day (subject to change). Payment can be made directly to ProPark.
*On-Site Rental Option: 808 Smart Car, located in the building, offers convenient rentals. Many guests find it easier to rent for the day, return the car before closing, and rent again as needed to avoid parking fees.


The Island Colony is conveniently located near various stores, including one on the 6th floor of the building, as well as plenty of dining options and boutique shops all within a block—perfect for exploring on foot! Public transportation is easily accessible with a nearby stop for `The Bus,` which can take you across the island. The Waikiki Trolley (for a fee) also has several pickup points nearby, and Uber is always an option for getting around.

There is also a gym on the same level that requires a $10 fee per stay and a signed waiver at the front desk for checkout.

We kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in non-designated areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises.

Please be aware that any violations will result in a $500 fine. Additionally, if building management issues a citation to us as owners or hosts, we may escalate the matter to the platform. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

Occasional water and power interruptions may occur due to maintenance or operational activities managed solely by building management, which are common in hospitality properties. These instances are beyond our control, but we do our best to communicate any notices in advance.

Given our prime location near tourist spots, occasional noise may arise from building maintenance, neighboring activities, or the surrounding urban environment. We appreciate your understanding and patience. If any disruptions significantly impact your stay, please reach out—we are here to help ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Once your booking is confirmed, please provide the requested information found in the welcome message so we can pre-register you. Please note that any guest registration submitted within 48 hours of check-in will incur a $10 late submission fee. This policy is enforced by the building to help reduce check-in line congestion and minimize delays. Late submissions may result in guests being asked to wait until those with timely registrations are assisted.

For same-day bookings, we will coordinate directly with the front desk to register your reservation promptly.

House Rules & Guest Guidelines

To keep our condo in great shape and ensure a seamless stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules:

🚭 Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking unit and building (including the lanai). Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property triggers sensitive alarms and incurs a $250 fine plus any damage or deep-cleaning costs. Designated smoking areas are available on the ground level.

👥 Daytime Visitors: Visitors are welcome! For building security, please ensure any non-overnight guests register at the lobby desk upon arrival.

🏖️ Beach & Pool Care:
1. Please rinse off sand and saltwater before entering the building or condo, and clean any beach gear before bringing it inside.
2. Towel off completely before leaving the pool deck or stepping into elevators and hallways.
3. Avoid resting wet clothes, swimwear, or towels on furniture, beds, or wood surfaces.

🧺 Beach Towels: Please keep track of all provided beach towels ($20 replacement fee per missing towel).

🛋️ Furniture: Kindly leave all furniture in its original spot. Rearranged furniture that needs to be reset after checkout will incur a repositioning fee.

🔇 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels mindful between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM so everyone in the building can enjoy a restful night.
