Me and my husband stayed for a week and the condo was great very clean and spectacular views, all The amenities you need very cozy and perfect location. Host very easy to get a hold of. Would stay again high recommend!

Yes. The building was older. However the unit was in great shape and was in a great location for beach and shopping. Jerry was a great host and communication was outstanding.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and comfortable. Views were awesome. Host went above and beyond...would definitely stay again. The Jeep rental was a great deal.

Jerry let us check-in early which was very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and had what we needed. Although I wasn't able to use the Kurig machine in the 2nd room, I don't know if I was doing something wrong. The views from the lanai were beautiful, as I could see the ocean from there. I loved that they had multiple racks to hang wet towels and bathing suits. We rented their Jeep which allowed us to use the garage to park. It was nice to have a pool on-site. We loved having 2 bathrooms which was convenient. We never used the kitchen table, as it didn't feel sturdy enough to put a lot of food. I also prefer stools with back support so didn't sit on those stools. The place was very close to stores for food/sundries and plenty of other restaurants. It was very close to Waikiki if one chooses to stroll the area. Overall we were happy with our stay here!

Perfection in paradise

This unit is exactly as described in the description and other 5 star reviews- everything you need for an extended stay in the best part of Waikiki! We particularly enjoyed the access to the beach, Ala Moana mall, and bus service. Walk down Kalakaua for all kinds of food and shopping. Top floor view is amazing, starting every day looking at Diamond Head is priceless. Thanks Jerry!

Great location-has everything!

This place has it all. The location is great, close to plenty of places to walk to for food and shopping. Beach is near by. Owner makes everything convenient with access to pool, chairs and boogie boards for beach. The place has great kitchen accommodations. Bonus is two bathrooms! Lots of towels for showering and beach! Can Turo (rent) jeep if you need - located on site so very convenient!! Owner is great communicator and extremely welcoming and helpful. Plenty of space to relax. Loaded with extra touches.

Amazing property! 10/10

This has to be the best stay in Hawaii we’ve ever had! We came to Hawaii to visit our daughter who goes to UH Manoa and we love staying in this area. The view is incredible and the bed was so comfortable. The convienience of the Jeep and location was perfect. Jerry was very communicative and friendly. Incredible property! You have some repeat customers!

Perfect place to stay

We were so lucky to find Jerry’s place on VRBO. He has thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable. It’s also a great WFH space with a fold down desk, chair, printer and reliable WiFi. The sleep number bed was awesome and having two bathrooms is something we didn’t know we needed but we’re so happy to have had. Beautiful views from the balcony, Hardly knew we had neighbors as the building is not noisy at all. Location is walkable to eating, shopping and beaching. Renting the jeep through Turo was a total game changer and allowed us to see the whole island. We give Jerry’s place our highest recommendation and would absolutely stay there again if we get to return to Oahu.

Incredible Stay in Waikiki

Everything you could want in a condo stay in Waikiki. Beautiful view of the ocean & Ala Moana Park with great amenities for your stay. Don't hesitate, stay here, you could not do better in this condo on a vacation stay.

Perfect Condo near Hilton Hawaiian Village

We loved the condo. Might be one of the most thoughtfully supplied VRBOs we’ve been to! I love all the little nuances like the lighting in the nightstand drawers and the very nice closets with the hangers. Great instructions are very helpful and everything is so nicely organized. Sleep number bed with adjustable platform.great linens! Comfortable bed-lots of little extras

Amazing View, Convenient Location, Great Host!

Awesome! I here for my mom's 87th birthday! My son joined me for the weekend. Condo was everything I could hope for. Convenient location, great view, awesome host, Jerry - very responsive. Condo was appointed with everything you could even think of. Safe & secure building. Use of host's jeep was an added bonus (via Turo). So convenient. I was able to do a little work, walk to Ala Moana Beach Park for a swim. I definitely highly recommend and will stay here again, if available.

Honolulu Vacation

My wife and I had a great stay in Jerry’s condo. The place is like brand new. Jerry has taken a lot of time detailing everything you need to know in his book on the shelf. Location Location Location

This was our first time in Honolulu. We typically go to Maui. This unit is right in the heart of Honolulu with easy walking to shops, hotels, restaurants and attractions. There are plenty of places to get food within steps of the building. The owner was very accomodating and allowed us access to a storage unit to stash our luggage as we got there before check in time. The communication was excellent. The unit was clean and well stocked. The TV setup was excellent with cable and internet. (We like to stay in at night) There are 2 full baths which was convenient even though there were ony 2 of us. Choose this place if you want to stay in Honolulu and not in a hotel. The views were spectacular at night.

Breathtaking views from two balconies

We stayed at this condo in January 2025. Can’t say enough good about this place. Great views, comfy bed, very clean, well stocked, extremely good security and excellent communication from the owner. Saw whales off the balconies using binoculars. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Lovely one bedroom flat with full living room. Can see the ocean from lanais allowing for a great telework space. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen though many local cafes and restaurants. Great outside common area with pool to work.Can walk to Waikiki Beach and Ala Moanapiers. Would define stay again.Moana piers

Beautiful Views

Looking out from the lanai early one morning, I snapped an amazing photo of the rainbow between buildings! Location was perfect as well as the condo and lovely to have more than a bedroom at the end of the day. My husband was on a business trip and having the little kitchen was ideal. Although we mostly cooked, restaurants are in walking distance and anything else one might need! We did rent the jeep and traveled out of Waikiki at every chance—incredible beauty and less crowded beaches. The unit itself is cozy and thoughtfully appointed. Having two bathrooms was amazing!! Bed is especially comfortable. Most important, the host was readily available, responsive and fantastically helpful. One couldn’t go wrong with a stay here. Five-star for sure.

10/10 the best condo and host you can wish for !

The condo is PERFECT, it includes everything you could possibly need and the view is WOW. It's in a great location, not only near the beach, but it's also close to restaurants, shops, parks, grocery stores, etc. We took the option of renting the owner's Jeep (on Turo) and it was so easy. We always had our parking directly in the building which really made getting around easier. Everything related to this reservation is meticulously thought out by Jerry and well explained. The condo is equipped with several smart remote controls, but everything is very well explained in the guide made by the owner. He is a host who devotes himself to his tenants. He is always available, responses are quick and he is very understanding. The condo is perfectly equipped and very clean. We loved being able to do our laundry directly in the building and being able to enjoy a swim in the pool at the end of the day. Having a bathroom each was a plus. We enjoyed having our coffee on the lanai while admiring the view of Diamond Head and the surfers. I recommend it 100% for a trip to Honolulu. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. A big thank you to Jerry for doing everything to make our dream trip come true.

Upon entering The 2 Room Suite the views were stunning , just as described . Full kitchen amenities such as pots , pans , plates , bowls , utensils , spices , plastic storage containers for your picnic on the beach etc etc . Having 2 bathrooms was a pleasure . Each bathroom is well stocked with towels , body wash , shampoo & conditioner as well as ample storage . The bed was really comfortable , super soft sheets and pillows . A separate coffee maker ( in addition to the built in coffee maker in the kitchen ) in the bedroom with enough starter pods to get ya going was an added luxury . Restaurants recommended are spot on and the food trucks are a must . Having a vehicle available to you ( thru Turo ) with parking , in the same building , is a Win Win . Finding this Gem , steps , literally steps from Waikiki Beach and surrounding area was fabulous . Jerry and Laura do an amazing job accommodating all your needs . We will definitely be back .
