I did not park in a secure area . The condo advertised a pool but its closed from February-April .We really needed that pool because the ocean was compromised by pollution and the rain .We called before we booked and Jeanne said they had a pool and never mentioned it was closed for another month. They should not be able to list a pool on their advertisement knowing its closed. This ruined a big part of our vacation !!

Amazing property. We had a one bedroom unit with pullout couch facing the Waikiki high rises and the Ocean. The best part of the apartment was location, location and location. It’s stone throw away from International Market Place (mall) and 7 min walk to the beach. You could swim in beach and walk over to the apartment to get changed; it was that close. The unit was clean, safe, parking was great and we felt very safe. If I visit Honolulu, I would stay here again in a heart beat. Check in and other instructions were very good. Balcony was fantastic. Kitchen had a small set of essential pots, pans, cups, bowls and cutleries. The apartment had washer and dryer, which we used extensively during our stay. Bathroom door’s lock wasn’t working and I wish they included a small soap or two in the bathroom and dishwashing soap in the kitchen but they are such a minor thing that it wasn’t a drawback at all. Overall we had a very positive and beautiful and memorable experience at the apartment.

3月中旬に大人2名、小学6年、中学3年の4名で7泊しました。 駐車場付き、大きな冷蔵庫とフルキッチン、ベット2台以上の条件で込み30万円内に収まり大満足です。 立地良くセキュリティも万全なので、今回の女子旅にピッタリ。11時過ぎちに到着することを予めメールすると、そのままチェックインできるとお返事があり、その他の問い合わせへのレスも早く、安心して利用することができました。 ただ今回は、たまたま強い低気圧の影響による大雨や洪水、強風などの気象被害が出て、州政府が非常事態宣言発令という超異例の時期に当たったため、到着日に停電でエレベーターはもちろん、部屋に入る電子キーも使えず締め出されるという事態も経験しました。 もちろんコンドやオーナーから特別な連絡はなく、締め出された他の滞在者と共に真っ暗なロビーで1時間ほど待つ、階段で14階まで上がるという、ある意味貴重な体験をしましたが、それすらもいい思い出です。(しなくて良いならしたくない経験ではありますが。) ツアーではなく個人手配なので、必要な情報を得たり、身を守るための手段は自分たちで確保するのは当たり前と思える方にはおすすめです。 洗濯洗剤、食洗機用洗剤、ゴミ袋も用意されていて、無かったのはボックスティッシュくらい。花粉症なので箱ティッシュ持参していて良かったです。 トレペは5泊した朝に補充があり、ゴミは自分でシューターに捨てに行きます。掃除機もありますが重くてうるさいので、クイックルワイパー的なものを持参するとより簡単で良かったかな。 バスタオル5枚、中タオル4枚、ミニタオル4枚、バスマット1枚。部屋に洗濯乾燥機があるので、朝起きて朝ごはんや身支度してる間に洗濯機を回し、出かける前に乾燥機に入れれば、帰ってきたら綺麗なタオルが使えて良かったです。 キッチンタオル2枚、スポンジもありましたが、ちょっとコップを洗ったりの洗剤はないです。洗面所にコップはないので、特にお子さんいるなら持参をお勧めします。 コーヒーメーカーと湯沸かしポット、炊飯器あり、物価高のハワイでテイクアウトや部屋食に大活躍させてました。 シャワーは熱いお湯がたっぷり出て、排水も特に問題なし、4人連続でシャワー浴びてもお湯が出なくなることもなく、とても良かったです。

The Pros are that it is in a great location, and it has a full kitchen and laundry facilities. We were allowed to stay past the checkout time on our last day because our flight did not leave until 11:45 pm. The cons are that when we arrived to check in, we were told that the previous occupant was still there. We were sent to a nearby hotel for the 1st night. I noticed that the room we were booked into was $60 less than what we had paid for the condo. I asked if we would be reimbursed for the difference. I was told no. The next day, we were allowed into the condo. There was a broken recliner in the living room, and the drain in the bathtub was not functional. There was a Large TV in the bedroom that couldn't be plugged in, so it was not usable. The bed was a box spring and a mattress on the floor. No bed frame or headboard. We would have preferred to stay at the hotel where we spent the 1st night.

Parking & security was excellent. View from balcony was centrally located & perfect! Accommodations were a little outdated & old but still good. I liked that there were plenty of beds & bedding/pillows. The coffee & chocolates were a berry nice touch, thank you! We would definitely recommend & return.

The room was awesome and conveniently located literally 3 blocks from the beach and 1/2 from the market. The rooms are nice and having a kitchen, fridge and balcony was awesome. Only issue we had was there was an older asian lady security who was VERY rude and escalated a misunderstanding which made it uncomfortable. But overall this place was well worth it. Oh yeah the pool on the roof was great.

Staff wasn't available until the weekdays. The first room we had was infested with roaches. Second room was a lot better. You can tell maintenance here doesn't work too hard they are more like porters with basic skills. Pool was closed down several times so we weren't able to use the fitness room either. I will be staying somewhere else in the future.

・駐車場が無料なのが非常に良い ・屋上のアクティビティへのアクセスもしやすく楽しめたが、ジム施設がどこにあるかわからず利用できなかった。 ・施設自体は自由度も設備も充実しており非常に満足している。 ・洗濯用洗剤は持参が良い。液体ではなくジェルボールなどの投下できるタイプがよい。洗濯機の中の粉状洗剤が固まっている可能性があるため。

Staff friendly and helpful. Property very close to International Marketplace. Ocean view restricted as set a few blocks back. Rooms are well equipped, however, too much large outdated pieces of furniture and condo requires modernisation. Bedroom carpet seen better days and needs restreched as creased in a few places. Bedding clean but not good quality. Condo and corridors smell musky. Also be aware that there are more tenant/owners than holidaymakers within the property. Small pool on roof with 10 sunbeds. Also large BBQ area.

Booked for Waikiki Beach Condominiums but once my family and I arrived to the location, we were told that we are not staying at the condominiums but actually will be staying at the Ilima Hotel the next street over. We definitely felt misled since we were expecting to stay at Waikiki Beach Condominiums and booked for a nice room with an in-unit washer and dryer along with our own designated parking space. However, since we were told we were actually staying at Ilima Hotel by staff at the condominiums, we were blindsided by the changes and our expectations. Ilima Hotel was fine itself, but if we wanted to book for Ilima Hotel, we would have booked it directly with them in the first place. Overall, the booking was misleading and we felt deceived and discontent when we initially found out about our reservation. My advice is to just beware of booking a room with Waikiki Beach Condominiums since you might get redirected to another hotel.

I was lucky since I could see the part of the ocean from my room. And it was convenient to wash my clothes in own room by washing machine. But when I booked this room Expedia said there is a bottle of water but I didn’t get it, so I asked the manager, but they ignored my question. And there was a trouble about the leak from the ceiling so I asked the manager again but they didn’t reply as well. The place was very convenient but these attitudes made me disappointing feeling. Expedia said there is a coffee machine, but you have to bring some regular coffee, and you should bring a plastic wrap, a sponge for dishes, some dust clothes , some softener and of course some soap, shampoo and conditioner.
