Great location. However multiple things were just subpar. For one, the pillow smelled bad. Their A/C had never been cleaned. Meaning filter is disgusting. Old products on the fridge. A light was not working. There's a lot of dust. Unclear instructions for shower.

In my opinion the place needs a major Refurbishment There was nothing in that room that I liked. There was ants everywhere specially in the bathroom they call them ghost ants they have cooking facilities which is absolutely diabolical. You have to do the washing up in the sink in the bathroom. The walls are all dirty and scummy, when I’m in the shower, you can’t really regulate between the hot and cold, I would not recommend staying at this place until they fully refurb this place scummy curtains windows aren’t clean. The floor planks are all parted there is gaps in the floor and as I said there’s ghost ants everywhere you can feel them walking up your skin, you look down and there’s a tiny little ant and that’s why they call ghost Ants 🐜 I do have videos to back this up not a very happy customer

Wonderful experience

The room was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. Jan was proactive in reaching out and responsive. Large collections of food trucks and a 7-eleven nearby made meals easy. Recommend highly!

Jan provided easy check‐in and check‐out instructions, and the location is very convenient. The unit itself is compact and furnished very simply, so it may feel snug if you’re used to more spacious rentals. Access to the on-site gym and certain extras (including items stocked in the fridge) incurs additional fees, and basic toiletries such as soap are not supplied. Overall a straightforward, well-located option that offers fine value for a minimalist stay.

I’m not satisfied with the room. It’s dirty, towels look like they never been cleaned. Too much junk in the closet. The bed mattress is very old. Bed sheets are too thin and dark can’t tell if they were cleaned. I won’t even recommend it to anyone.

The room is easily accessible with very convenient check-in and checkout and has all the basic amenities. It is small but cozy and the location is fantastic, only 7 min walk away from the convention center. Parking on site is expensive and cash-only which was inconvenient.

I loved staying here! Perfect for our trip! I have so much more i would love to share about this place, however the review box isn't big enough! If you go, stop by the coffee shop on the lower level! Masalas to die for, guaranteed!

This property is in terrible shape and should not be rented to unsuspecting visitors!!!! Dirty single pane windows that allow street noises. Torn drapes, wiring of TV etc visible and a mess. Fortunately I only used it two nights. Pity the tourist who booked for a vacation. Reeks 1960 w/o updates. I'd like my money back. I trusted Travelovity and got the shaft!!!!!!!

The property supplied everything you would need inside, dishes, silverware, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, as well as a fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. They also have places to eat on the property including breakfast. Everything was great

Conveniently located close to the Convention center, and in a walkable distance to Waikiki beach area. There is a cafe/bakery at the ground floor of the building with a souvenir shop and small store, and down the street there is a 7/11 convenience store (open 7/24) and food trucks. Very convenient. The car traffic can be a bit noisy at night but overall this fully-equipped studio was a great deal.

Hawaiian Monarch Hotel (Nui Street)

The room was unclean. The floor boards coming apart. No kitchen sink (where to wash dishes used?) in the bathroom sink. No garbage bags, the drapes were falling apart at the hangers, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and the bed was absolutely terrible (mattress, headboard falling apart.etc., etc., etc.
