Good to Know Before You Book:

**Driveway & Roads**
The driveway is steep and gravel, which is common for homes in this area. Neighborhood roads are also narrow and somewhat steep. During snow or icy conditions, AWD/4WD is recommended. Detailed arrival directions, including the one-way neighborhood route, will be sent before check-in.

**Stair Access**
Moonlit Pines is a hillside home. The main entrance includes approximately 15 steps. A shorter pathway to the sliding glass door requires about 5 steps; however, the sliding glass door cannot be unlocked from the outside and must be opened from inside by another member of your party.

**Pets**
Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. Please keep pets off furniture, never leave them unattended, and clean up after them. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning.

**Hot Tub & Wood Stove**
The hot tub and wood stove are provided for your enjoyment. Please use both responsibly and supervise children around the hot tub at all times.

**Fire Safety**
Smoking, candles, fireworks, and unauthorized open flames are not permitted anywhere on the property. Please use the provided fire table and BBQ responsibly. All outdoor fires and use of the fire table must comply with current local burn bans.

**Wildlife & Nature**
Moonlit Pines is nestled in a peaceful wooded setting along Hood Canal. Deer, birds, and other wildlife are common, and you may occasionally encounter insects, spiders, or seasonal ants despite routine pest management.
