Welcome to our cozy North Idaho getaway! Please help us keep the home beautiful and enjoyable for everyone by following these simple house rules:
General Rules
Primary guest must be 24+ years old
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
No smoking of any kind inside the home, garage, or near open doors and windows.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, and incense.
No parties or events allowed.
Furniture is not to be moved or rearranged for any reason. Moving furniture may cause damage and is strictly prohibited. Any damage resulting from moved furniture will result in fines covering repair or full replacement costs. Missing items from the property will also result in additional fines for replacement.
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
Hot Tub Rules
Use the hot tub at your own risk.
No glass near or in the tub—plastic cups only.
Shower or rinse before use to keep water clean.
Replace the cover securely after each use.
Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision.
Please do not adjust the hot tub temperature settings.
Pet Policy
🐾 No Pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancellation of the stay.
Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can fix them promptly.
Safety & Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
No open flames inside the house (candles, incense, etc.).
No campfires or open flames are allowed on the property. Guests may use the provided gas fire feature ONLY. Please use caution when using, and never leave unattended.
This is a quiet area—please be respectful of our neighbors.
Parking is limited to the driveway.
