    This stunning beach house is a unique, secluded, and tranquil property on one acre, with front and back ponds, great views, and a private boardwalk. What more could you ask for?



    Salty Kisses is a two-story home. Inside this charming home, guests can relax on the sofa after a full, sun-filled day at the beach. Watch your favorite TV shows on the 48' TV with Roku and enjoy a variety of free channels, or gather the whole group for a movie night.



    The Space:

    There is also a game table for friendly competition. You will find another living room upstairs with a sofa and another 48' TV. When the group gets hungry, gather in the kitchen to take advantage of the well-appointed appliances and cook something delicious - a Keurig machine, coffee press, microwave, and stove make culinary charms and treats a breeze. Dine at the breakfast bar or bistro table and enjoy the views from the expansive windows. Upstairs, the loft offers an ideal setting for catching up on a good novel, and it's a great hang-out space where older kids can enjoy some privacy while watching movies on the TV.



    On the upper deck, you can hear the ocean and neighboring wildlife while you savor a glass of wine, and you can walk along the bridge that spans the back pond to take the boardwalk a half-mile to the dunes and beach. The propane grill is perfect for a family cookout during warm weather. A washer/dryer and a dry room for your shoes and coats provide additional convenience.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

The property was very nice, and the walk too the beach wasn’t bad. The only real issues were there was definitely some missing items like over mitts, and a Keurig, but no coffee pods. Not a huge deal, just inconvenient. The biggest issue is I was given the wrong lock code for getting in. We arrived kind of late, then stood around in the dark for 15minutes while that got worked out. But at least there was a way to get help that late.Otherwise we had a really nice stay! Again, the house was beautiful, a nice view from the deck, secure and clean. I would definitely go back!

Beautiful property and great location on a dead end road. Very quiet with a distant ocean view. The trail to the ocean was nice for kids to explore but not passible sure to high water. Everything was very clean and cozy. Would have loved to use the wood stove but the wall heaters did okay. Overall a relaxing place for a family getaway.

Cozy and Comfortable

This is a cozy house with everything provided to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was nice to be allowed to bring the dog as well. I would recommend this property for either short or long stays.

We had a great time!

The way the house is enclosed in greenery to shield it from neighbors felt very secluded and safe. The private walkway to the beach was a great bonus.

Exterior nice, birdsongs beautiful, short walk to beach. Unfortunately when we arrived we spent a couple of hours cleaning the interior. Dirty countertops, utensils, pots/ pans, unswept floors & sticky windows…

Love the location!

It was a lovely home, easy access to the beach and local conviences. Check-in process was delayed due to home not being ready but not a big deal because the management company was very good at communicating this to us. The only crituques i have is there were no k cups for the coffee maker, not enough dish soap for the dishes and no aluminum foil other than that we had an and stay.

Nice place, great location!

Missed on little things: unclean kuerig, dead batteries in remote, grill only had one burner working, no extra garbage bags, no broom in kitchen. Garbage service did not pick up, bins on the road were full. Aside from those, it’s a nice, comfortable place in a great location. Thanks for the memories at Saly Kisses!

Ocean Shores Salty Kisses

Our stay was wonderful. We had a great time. Did not need anything. Everything was provided for us. Quiet, cozy and homey. The property management group communicated very well. The beach is close and the property is well taken care of. One thing that needs improvement is the entry area. It smelled musty and reeked of wet shoes on rugs that have not been cleaned in a while. Big mud stains on the stairs leading to the living room area. Offputting for sure. All else was fantastic.

Relaxing Beach house

Everything was as promised. No issues but learn how ROKU works because that’s how the TV works, there’s no cable TV. Its nice and quiet, except the ocean of course. Not a light to see at night. The trail to the beach isn’t hard but it’s winding and has a couple of steep sections. It’s near several restaurants and the grocery store, but not quite walking distance. I’d return.

Not the best

We were walking on the trail to the beach and encountered a black bear and had to turn back . Didn't see a post of any warnings. Next morning we sah a coyote just hanging out on the bridge to the trail behind house. Fyi little dangerous in my book

Not pet friendly!

Although this property is listed as pet friendly, their actual policy is very restrictive. I didn’t realize until it was too late to cancel. Vacasa refused to help. They refused to refund any of my money, not even cleaning fee and taxes.

Horrible customer service and communication

This location advertises one 30 pound dog. We have 2 small dogs and like every other place we have stayed we notified company that we would be bringing 2 small dogs. Within 24 hours of arrival we were told we needed to remove one dog, no exceptions. Obviously that was not possible so we had to pack up and leave, with 2 nights still remaining on our paid stay. They provided no options like an extra pet fee or explanation as to why they never told us before we paid that there were no exceptions. They refused to reimburse us for any part of the lost 2 days and nights. Will never stay at a Vacasa rental again.

Great Place, Be Mindful of Security Cameras

Overall our stay was great, the house worked for what our family and pet needed. I read that there were security camera pointing towards the beach path and towards the driveway which I totally understand. However these are on a swivel so they can turn them. When we arrived they were pointed in said directions, but noticed that on day 2 they had turned the one that should have been pointing at the trail towards the porch and the interior of the house. Since the back of the house is all windows this could mean that they could see you and your family inside the house. I personally felt uncomfortable with this. We are rule followers and respect rentals and this just made us feel like we were always being watched. So just be mindful of their ability to change the camera angles.
