“This “apart-hotel” was AMAZING! Ok, yes, it’s not in the “heart” of London, for that go and pay upwards of $700 a night. The staff was great: super helpful, friendly and nice. The Croydon Train Station is a 10-15 min walk. The self-serve kitchen (breakfast) was excellent. Truly recommend this place for a London vacation. ”

“Shame on Expedia for not refunding the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. The place said they would send information, which they didn’t. We arrived with our two tired kids and called Expedia because the host did not answer calls, texts or What’s App messages. Then we got texts from another number that stated the room was not clean but we could stay there. A person came out and said her room was filthy. The host on What’s App said they would refund the money but would not pick up when Expedia...

“Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.”

“Cogimos un apartamento familiar, era correcto aunque esperaba más, es pequeño y el nuestro no tenia ninguna ventana, solo una puerta que daba a un patio de exterior que daba miedo. La responsable no habla castellano. Una cosa que me ha sorprendido es los comentarios de los usuarios referente a la distancia hasta la estación de tren, desde luego que no es para ir con niños, 10 min de noche casi en la oscuridad y no es de los mejores barrios...en fin, no volveré.”

“Listing was not accurate and there was no dryer or heat in the home. Listing photos were amazing, but place was more run down than photos suggested. Stains, damaged cookware, uncomfortable beds, and terrifying stairs up to the bathroom and beds. This could be a good listing with some TLC so I'm hoping that happens.”
