“Amazing place. And the town itself is incredibly quiet. An absolutely serene location.”

“The staff at this ryokan were incredibly kind and welcoming, the amenities were wonderful, and the traditional food was truly excellent. Unfortunately, the condition of the room completely overshadowed these highlights. As soon as we entered, we were hit with a heavy, overpowering scent of mildew making it quite uncomfortable to breathe. Upon closer inspection, we found visible mold growing on the walls.
