This was such a great multifamily vacation home! Our kids loved the gameroom, paddleboards, pool, and hot tub! We enjoyed jumping on our boat and exploring the lake any time we wanted. Just an all-around relaxing and fun-filled experience!The hosts were very quick to respond- Thank you!

Did not look nothing like the internet pics. This house needs some updating inside especially the kitchen The a/c or pool pump made a buzzing noise outside the bedroom windows which drove us all crazy . The water looked like a swamp. And you can forget sitting outside or by the pool or the patio. The mosquitoes would carry you off. We left a day early.

Relaxing Family Time

The property is wonderful! House very clean and comfortable. Loved being able to bring our dog, he’s had fun too. Pool, fire pit, and lake was everything we needed. Only thing I would add is some written direction on how to light the flattop grill and fire pit. Other than that, great time.

Spring Break

It was a good experience overall. We’ve stayed in several hill country homes previously during spring break and summers. Cons:We had problems heating the pool the first two nights. Apparently, an old breaker caused the issue. They said they would refund one night of the heat fee. While the prompt attention was appreciated, it took pool time away from us and added a worry we didn’t want to experience. The wifi. We had a few outages during our stay and the speed was slow for what we’re used to in the city and other rental homes in hill country. We couldn’t air play because of the bandwidth or speed of the modem. In my opinion, the internet is subpar and needs an upgrade.It’a a pet friendly home which caught us off guard. We must have missed this in the listing. It actually has a doggy door which for non pet travelers like us may be a little odd. Dog owners probably love this. Pros:The home is as advertised on the pictures. Pretty, clean and great for smaller families. The game room was a lot of fun. The location of the home is nice and it is very quiet which is great if you from the city life like us and are looking for a change of pace.

Awesome weekend at Horseshoe Bay!

This property is very nice and has many amenities. Plenty of parking, pool, kayaking, fire pit, and more. We used all these amenities to have an awesome weekend. The decor is really cool and all the beds were comfortable. Definitely upscale. Customer service experience was also really great. Would stay again!

Great house for a group!

The house was cute with lots of space and options for entertainment without leaving the house. Some of the areas of the house didn’t seem to be cleaned before our stay but other than that it was perfect!

Great lake house

I took my 4 kids and 2 of their friends here for a summer trip. Kids ages were 10-16 and they had a great time. Plenty to do in the gameroom, at the water, and in the yard with the pool etc. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group! Our dog Jessie even had a blast!

40th Birthday Weekend

I rented this house for some friends for a birthday weekend. It was just the moms at night but our husbands and kids joined us for a pool/fishing day for a few hours one day. It was perfect! The house is great. The decor is so fun and there were ample sleeping spaces. I’d definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed family vacation stay

Really enjoyed our stay. It’s really quiet. Pool is really nice. We caught a few catfish, bass and crappies off the dock. Plenty of deer to watch too. Would definitely stay again.

Adorable place on the creek

Great house, adorable decor and functional layout. Kids loved the ping pong, great shaded pool and use of kayaks. Kids fished their hearts out and caught a good sized bass, a catfish and several perch. Management was very responsive for the minor issues we had. Great place and would stay again!

Peaceful and Perfect

We loved staying at The Creek Villa! The house was gorgeous, we loved looking at all of the unique and fun decorations! Plenty of beds and space for our two family group to sleep in. The pool was wonderful and perfect for a big crowd. One of the highlights was getting to kayak the creek. The location of the home made it feel nice and private. We're already looking into booking a trip back to The Creek Villa in the fall.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Absolutely loved staying at this property. I booked this place for my best friends bachelorette weekend. My best friend and everyone else loved the house, pool, property, etc. The only real issue we ran into was with toilet paper, but the property management company resolved it as soon as it was brought to their attention. The house is so cute and decorated so well. Slept our group of 11 perfectly. The boating company we used was even able to come directly to the property to pick us up. I would love to come back.

A Charming Space

This is an amazing property. The whole family enjoyed the indoor and outdoor activities, the relaxing decks and loungers. The home is truly a five star property. I want to recognize the Horseshoe Bay Living Management, especially Nicola, who met us on check-in to answer questions and show us the home and MJ who was in contact with us from the day before we arrived and during our stay. Spring Break 2023

We stayed at this fun, eclectic house with another family for 4 nights. The house was great. There was a lot of space and things to do on property. The weather happened to be cold during our stay so opting to heat the pool was a real game changer for us. Would recommend to others.

Amazing Property, Outdoor Oasis, & Location

We visit LBJ on a regular basis and have to say this property is a diamond. The outdoor area is magical with great pool, outdoor lounging, and access to the lake. The house is very well setup, stocked, well maintained, and comfortable. The location had great access to marinas, resteraunt, and grocery store. The property Mgmt was 1st class and the best we have ever had. Highly recommend giving this place a a visit.
