  • ABOUT THIS SPACE

    Pool Side Retreat with 1750 sq. ft. at Horseshoe Bay features breathtaking views. Two upstairs patios, one with Dining Table for 6, cozy downstairs patio right near the pool. Watch the deer on either side. Variety of Shops, Restaurants and Marina nearby.

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
    Three bedrooms. Principle with King Bed on ground level, two upstairs with separate decorative themes. All with Ensuite Bathrooms. Additional half bath and extra Sofa Beds downstairs. Sleeping arrangement for 8.

    KITCHEN & DINING
    Fully stocked and equipped kitchen with modern appliances. 6 seat dining table and 4 seat countertop Bar. Charcoal grill & grilling utensil set.

    MAIN LIVING ROOM
    Ample and super comfortable seating, pool view. Three flat screen TV’s in living room and in two upstairs bedrooms. Fast internet with Roku for streaming and conference calls. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board.

    SPORTS AREA
    Consisting of pool, 2 tennis and pickleball courts, basketball hoop and gated Exercise and Recreation area where dogs can roam unleashed. Open year-round.

    GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING
    Self check-in. Ample flat parking for 4 cars, carport.

This home is so welcoming and charming. Every corner is clean, and the views when you go for a walk are stunning. Thank you Sue for having us. My family relaxed and seemed happy with the place I chose.

Christmas Visit

This VRBO was fabulous! It was spacious, well stocked, beautifully decorated and in a very nice neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Hill Country stay!

This townhome worked out perfectly for our family of six adults and a baby! Centrally located to a lot of the places we wanted to visit.

This property was wonderful! My family had the best time and the host was so kind and even wrote us a hand written card. We loved how close the property was to the pool, sue had everything we could need for our stay. Would deffintley stay again!

Off-roadie weekend

Came to horseshoe bay for the bronco off roadie experience. Stayed here with friends. It was a great place to stay. Sue was very quick to answer any questions I had and was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Needed Getaway

I needed to unwind from the city hustle and bustle....the property in Horseshoe Bay was exactly what was needed. The night sky and wildlife on the property were beautiful.

Great stay for the family!

We had plenty of room for our big family in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool and pickleball courts were right there for our enjoyment and we had a great time despite the rainy weather.

GREAT 81ST BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!

Our stay was wonderful. The pool is just steps away! The place is roomy and comfortable for 5 adults. Wonderful memories were made celebrating my Mom's 81st birthday.

Nice Lodging.

Clean, well equipped, roomy, quiet neighborhood, great location. Good pricing. We love VRBO’s. No disappointments in housing from 5 yrs of stays in 3 different states. We highly recommend VRBO.

Memorial Day Fun

Perfect place for my family and friends to stay on a weekend. It contained everything needed, plus some! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Sue was great to communicate all directions needed and made everything easy to find! If ever back in Texas...would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

I’m a retired travel agent & have seen a lot of properties. This condo was awesome. Very clean & great location. Communication was great with the owner too. I definitely would recommend it. Looked just like the pictures.

Great Townhouse and Communication

My aunt and uncle stayed here for the month of March. This is what they wanted to say about it: "Love the location, quiet area, close to groceries and restaurants. House was very comfy and we loved the deer. Would go back again." Personally, communication with Sue was fantastic!

Great place for family

Visit to watch grandsons play baseball and celebrate a graduation and birthday. Condo is roomy. Every bedroom has a private bathroom plus a powder room downstairs. Pool was cleaned regularly and we all enjoyed it. Definitely hope to come back

Enjoyed our stay

We had such a nice time staying at The Poolside Escape. It was located in a lovely spot with easy access to Marble Falls where we had a blast shopping at the many boutiques and shops. We enjoyed the town house which was supplied with all the things we needed. It was quiet and our beds were comfortable. Sue was a great host and answered us immediately with any questions we had. I would book it again for sure.

Excellent Host, Fabulous Place!

Sue is an amazing host, she had everything you could need and more! We had so much fun for my birthday. The pool is nice and big, right out the back porch. The townhouse is peacock pretty, and the beds were so comfortable. By the way, for those wondering she has both the Kuerig and full-sized coffee pot

Perfect in every way

We had a great time at this Horseshoe Bay townhome! We had three couples and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the decks and just visiting. It was a little cool to use the pool, but nice we had the option. We saw several deer in the area too. Would definitely come back!

Relaxing Friends Getaway

My friends and I stayed at this property and enjoyed the condo and surrounding area very much. It was quiet and peaceful. We spend the majority of the time at the pool and in the condo. The condo slept 6 of us comfortably and we had all we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen. Our host was so sweet to give us a bottle of wine to have on our stay. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels for our three nights. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great girls trip Sue!
