“Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere.

“We stayed in the tent, however I think it was not comfortable with so many zippers, and there is no key. The beds and the bathroom were fine, but it was cold at night.
The hotel is ok, although there was loud music until almost midnight and noisy people walking around at late night, which probably is not good for either people or animals, as the hotel is close to the lake, which is a bird sanctuary.

“Excellent experience in rural Nakuru. This hotel has a retreat feel from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Wonderful and respectful staff. Excellent dinning options with good variety of local cuisine and fresh fruits + vegetables. Entire meal has a farm to table feel to it. Clean rooms though the shower hotel hot water regulation can be a bit finicky. Fantastic experience all round.”
