“Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

“Very comfortable room. Could not figure out how to turn the heat on and there is no one in the pub overnight to call on. Breakfast was disappointing.”

“We didn't have breakfast there. Bar offered a good choice of drinks. The extractor fan didn't work in the on suite but it was kept very clean. The stairs to the room were quite steep and the doors were very close together making it a little difficult to manoeuvre. The toilet was quite tall so shorter people may find their feet wouldn't touch the floor. The bed was very comfortable.”

“OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. “Very poor. We paid for a deluxe triple room as it was cheaper than a standard double, when we arrived the gentleman told us we couldn’t have that room as it was under occupied and would have to have another room. The room was poor Avoid this place ”
