“The room was great and staff were friendly and helpful , would recommend staying.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean with a nice shower in the bathroom. However, the parking area was tight and difficult to back out when filled. I would recommend to the owners to put more hooks in the rooms for coats, towels etc. Also, have more than one small rubbish bin. ”

“2pm check in mean 2pm couldn't get in room until 2.45pm and still clean guy in my room. No Sky Tv. Area unsafe. Off license motel. People stay here mouths i am thinking too. Lady lock out motel and worng number on wall needs cell number. Pillows old. Parking only 8 parks too.”

“The hotel gave us an accessible room as it was the last standard room available however we were not told on Expedia this is the room we were booking. This room is at the back of hotel, ground floor and surrounded by the car park with metal stair case next to the room. It was noisy, lacked privacy (had to close curtains in the day time) and a little shabby. The only way we could move was pay for an upgrade. ”

“Whilst check in was professional and friendly -.the room was very shabby andin neecof repair. The chair had a big rip, the carpet in the room had burn holes, 2 lights didnt work and the rubbish bin lid fell off everytine it was ooened as it was broken. The TV did not work and the owner spent about 10 minutes in our unit resetting it. Could fell the springs in the bed. Really disappointing. Room 16 was substandard.”

“It looked brand new, absolutely immaculate, convenience kitchen, comfortable bed, TV access to streaming channels if you have an account. I almost canceled because the price was too good to be true and I’ve had some recent disappointments with “dive” motels. Glad I kept the reservation. ”

“Bonito apartamento, pero no había nadie en recepción, es todo por teléfono, si no hablas bien el idioma es complicado.”

“Air conditioning good. Bathroom.ckean but very dated and very small. Bed good. Toom small. Should be complimentary water in the fridge. Didn't use bar. Breakfast was good. Was not happy to pay for valet parking even though the valet service was good. ”

“Having to check in at another hotel was inconvenient and not obvious when booking. The stairs needing scrubbing. The cleaner entered the room as he knocked and didn't give me time to say do/don't come in. It would have been good if other pillow options were available as the ones provided were very puffy and high and I couldn't use them, but the motel had no other options.”

“Having to pick up the key from a different location was odd but not a problem. Off street parking is a bonus. The apartment was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and nice linen and towels. Would stay again. ”

“Nice hotel in good location. Really enjoyed our stay. Not a problem for us but lift doesn’t go to 3rd ”

“There are no check-in staff at the motel, so you have to check-in at a different hotel and then come here. That guy was pretty nice and friendly though. The shower had a tiny drain and no shower tray, so the bathroom completely flooded, even with a short shower. There is not stove or anything in the "kitchen". There was a leak coming from behind the fridge too, so a constant pool of water on the floor. It was pretty noisy with other guests making noise and no staff to do anything about it.”

“Room was sparsely furnished. Ants on kitchen bench. Mould and cobwebs on windows. Exposed wiring on the floor. Very dated and in need of serious upgrade. Host arrived 15 minutes after we arrived even though we had confirmed our arrival time earlier in the day”

“Great value for a quick stop over. The staff were very welcoming, the bed was comfy, and there were good options in the room for cooking. Parking was limited when I got back to my room late in the evening, but I was just able to get a spot. The road nearby is noisy, so it's probably not a great option for light sleepers. But all in all I would stay again.”
