“Escogimos este hotel por la cercania al aeropuerto, cuenta con shuffle de costo (3 libras por persona) o taxi muy economico (6 libras). El hotel esta super bonito y limpio. Servicio excelente y las habitaciones nada ruidosas asi que se duerme delicioso. Esta nuevecito!! Por lo que recomiendo no confundirse con el hotel del mismo nombre que se encuentra enseguida.”

“The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. “The owner of the property wasn’t sure if it had been cleaned and said would find out when we was sat outside didn’t call us back turned his phone off after waiting for half hour we had to travel all the way home spoiled our children’s birthday weekend ”

“We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the area fairly quiet. It’s a short walk into town, so very conveniently positioned. The staff were very helpful and responsive, even agreeing to a late check out at short notice which was much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again and I recommend it to others.”

“It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious.
