The best part about this place is it was easy to find but the house was hidden for privacy with a beautiful walkway through the woods to the lake. The lake frontage was just as private with a beautiful boat dock. Everything you need all in one place. If I ever go back to hot springs, I’ll be here.

We really enjoyed our little weekend getaway. This was our second time staying in this home and we are already looking forward to going back next year. The home is well stocked and very clean. We love everything about this place.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was absolutely adorable. We loved kayaking, fishing and sitting by the lake and drinking our coffee in the mornings. The beds are so comfortable and the house is extremely well kept and clean. We take a trip once a year to Hot Springs and we will definitely book here again! Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

The property is very spacious. It’s not a bad hike walking down to the lake, but walking back up is a bit strenuous. Fortunately, it wasn’t much of an issue, because the path is such that you can easily drive your vehicle down and back. Kids really enjoyed kayaking and playing on the dock. The screened-in porch and covered parking were also nice.

This home is top notch! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was a dream. We loved hanging out down by the water fishing and reading. There is a nice big grassy area for playing too. While staying in Hot Springs we enjoyed : Wegner Quartz Mine, dinner on Bath House Row, hiking, Mountain Top view, and of course shopping downtown (Wrapped was our favorite!). This vacation was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation - Just what our family needed!! Thanks for hosting us 😊

Everything was as described online and more. Anything and everything we needed was available in the kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms , laundry and outside. We loved making a fire in the Foote pit close to the house and I imagine in warmer weather the lakeside would be awesome. Truly enjoyed our New Year getaway relaxing, hiking and watching football. Would definitely stay here again.

We come to Hot Springs every Summer and this property had everything a family could need for a great time. They had multiple games, fishing poles, nets, buckets, stuff for s’mores, chairs and umbrellas and floats and other things to play with in the lake. The lake site has a great sand bar with easy ability to just walk into the water, which meant a lot to us because my toddler is a little afraid of big bodies of water so I was able to hold his hand and walk into the water with him so he could get used to it. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices and any appliance that you need. It is a beautiful and peaceful property. The screen porch is amazing and we were able to enjoy just sitting on the porch while it rained. We only had one issue with the internet while there that was completely beyond the owners control but they contacted the internet company and were able to get it resolved quickly and stayed in touch to let us know when would be fixed and gave us solutions to help till it got fixed. The owners are great hosts and you can clearly tell this by the amount of thought that they put into the many different activities that they have provided for families to enjoy while staying at their property. Whether you are coming for a family vacation or just a relaxing getaway, this home has everything to have a great time.

This stay was by far the best Vrbo we have booked. The owners are so kind. They had every amenity you could possibly need. Even catered items to our children. We had a relaxing time and highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay! If we could leave more stars we would!! They provided everything (seriously everything ) you would need. They left a cute little welcome packet when we arrived. The lake was ready for us to fish, swim, kayaks with provided life jackets , relaxing in lounge chairs, plus lots more . We were well entertained. The property was beautiful! Easy to communicate with the host too!

The house was cute and very clean. They really paid attention to details to make you feel at home. There are lots of games for out doors and indoors. The porch was adorable the fire pit perfect. They even left items to make s’mores and little snacks. Very clean and very cute. We stayed with 4 teens and 2 adults. The lake was perfect and there was fishing gear , chairs a wagon and a cooler. Absolutely adorable and a definite must stay.

Great house and owners! We just stayed here and played at the lake and rested. It was just what our family needed. The beds are super comfortable, the screened in porch is a perfect place to relax, and access to the lake is ideal. The hosts were super friendly and very easy to communicate with. We can't wait for our next trip down!!

The communication with this SUPER Host from the beginning was wonderful. From answering all of our questions and concerns to making sure that our stay would definitely be one for the books! This cozy home away from home had EVERYTHING, upon our arrival ...except us, our clothes, and our groceries. But no attention to detail was left out. We even had seasonings, K-cups, coffee, sugar, flour, and every appliance you would need. The pictures don't do it any justice. We literally had sooo many activities right there on the premises that we weren't able to get to them all. My children and I will definitely be back!

This place is amazing and exceeds what listing shows. Owners didn’t miss a detail to make our stay amazing. They provided snacks, tools for mining, goodies for s’mores and games galore. We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, spacious, and has everything you can need. You can tell the owners pay attention to the details as everything we could have needed was there. The kayaks were an added bonus and only wish we were here in summer instead. We did a camp fire since the weather was mild and it was so peaceful. If we are ever back in the Hot Springs area again, I would absolutely stay here again.
