Cute home in lovely and quiet neighborhood

We rented this home as overflow while we were visiting family nearby. Nice home. Very clean and comfortable. Six of us stayed there and it would have felt crowded with any more people, but was perfect for our group. Very close to the Mammoth site and a nice park down the street with playgrounds, etc.

Great Hot Springs Stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean and decorated wonderfully. We enjoyed the bonus of the fire pit and backyard area but our favorite place to hang out was the cozy front porch! We appreciated that dogs are allowed because it's always better not to leave our fur family members at home. Becky was excellent at communication before our arrival and I'm sure it would have been the same way during our stay but we didn't need to contact her about anything. Thank you for sharing your sweet home with us.

Great Hot Springs Cottage with Charm (7 max)

This home is fantastic for smaller families that want to enjoy all the fun and exploring Hot Springs has to offer. We had 10 in this sweet little cottage 7 adults 3 children and it was a little tight on the sleeping space, sharing one bathroom was a bit of a stretch. Also the stairs to most of the bed is very steep and not recommended for anyone elderly or any sort of physical disabilities. All in all the decor was adorable and inviting, kitchen functional, table fit 8 and then 2 seats for kids to belly up to a small bar area. If you have 7 folks are less you will have ample room, for a party of 10+ it was a little on the small side and the HEAT, yikes day two the AC/C kicked in and it was much more comfortable. Most of the beds are in the 2nd floor loft. Becky is an excellent host!

Hot Springs Gathering

The home was renovated and decorated very tastefully and was clean. There was only one bathroom and the stairs were very steep. No washer and dryer. The price was comparable to homes we had stayed in the past with more amenities and better locations. There was a tenant downstairs and there was the oder of a cat. We would possibly stay again but the prices would have to be reduced.

Nice and cosy

The cottage is nice, large, and had plenty of room and beds for our family of 5 for 3 njghts. The furniture in the livingroom is new, and there are nice personal design touches all over, however all other furniture, kitchen, bath and beds are a bit run down and not extremely clean.

Cozy Cottage

Becky was great to work with...she was able to give info about parks and good places for fishing and playing in the river. Enjoyed it all. Appreciated the parking right at the back door. Kitchen area a good size and so is the dining area. Table also good for a group to work on a puzzle together. There were also plenty of nice big towels for everyone Location of the house in town super as close to everything. We also enjoyed walking in the blocks around the house. Deer walk right through the neighborhood so fun to see. The entire area of town with the cute, eclectic vintage type homes. One consideration is the navigation of the the stairway to upstairs. There is the wording to watch your step, yet would love to see a bigger step as the steps steep and small for people with larger feet. One step at a time needed. Overall the house antique and decorated in vintage style. We also appreciated knowing much of the artwork with pictures on the walls painted by owners family member.
