Lower Level Mountain Loft

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space located on the lower level of a two story home on one of the Hot Springs Village mountains. Hot Springs Village has many amenities, including restaurants, lakes, walking trails, pools, and golf courses.
ONE parking space available for guests.

Welcome to the Lower Level Mountain Loft where you will find a spacious, well appointed home in the mountains of Hot Springs Village. Guests will have the ENTIRE lower level of this large home with private entrance and parking for ONE vehicle. ***The upstairs is occupied full time. There are no shared living spaces. The lower level has private entrance with large private deck with wooded views in the summer.

Inside the Lower Level Mountain Loft, you will find comfortable furnishings with plenty of seating for watching TV or visiting with friends and family. Both bedrooms and the living room have ROKU TV’s. No cable or satellite provided. However, you may sign in to your local provider.
Hulu, Netflix, Prime, etc are preloaded. Just sign into your account.

King bedroom has king size bed and chair with ottoman.

Second bedroom has bunk beds. Twin over full and another twin trundle bed. There is also a loveseat and chair in this bedroom.

The kitchen includes all appliances EXCEPT dishwasher. It is stocked with necessary dishes, cookware, and utensils needed to prepare a meal. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer provided. Relax on the large back porch with wooded views. Outdoor seating is provided.

We do not provide outdoor grill for safety reasons.
