“The house and property were amazing! We loved all 15 family members being able to sit together at the dinner table! The kitchen was well appointed. There was plenty of room for multiple kitchen helpers at the same time. The rushing river was the hidden gem of the trip! We enjoyed watching and listening to the rushing water!The host was very responsive and had helpful tips about the area. We will definitely be back for another stay!”

“Our family of 10 (6 adults/4 children) was very comfortable staying here. Its walking distance to Grand Lake Lodge was a huge plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and even had all the kid stuff we needed. There is no A/C but we were able to cool down the bedrooms at night by opening windows and running fans. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the back deck view was breathtaking. This was a fantastic rental home experience.”

“Wow, stunning house and location! We had 11 adults in our group and it was a perfect fit. The views from the house were amazing and we were minutes from RMNP entrance plus only a short drive to Grand Lake. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Kami was a FANTASTIC host and gave us great tips for trails, hikes and activities. The moose in the back yard was nothing short of incredible!!! Highly recommend, would love to come back!”

“As a family we always camp on Labor Day weekend but this Labor Day was supposed to be cold and rainy so we decided to do a v b r o and did we hit the jackpot. “This condo was very conveniently locate close to the main and auxiliary bus lines with adequate parking and amenities. The only issue was with many cracked and chipped dishes (notified manager and being replaced, I think) and dirty cookware that was easily cleaned. I assume the manager will address with the cleaning crew. Elevator was out of service, but only one flight up. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“This house checked all the boxes! Out of the nine of us, there were seven adults, and none of us had to sleep in a twin or bunk bed. There was plenty of space for board games as well as space for those who wanted quiet time. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, and we were near hiking and other activities.
