Pleasant apartment in a residence facing the ocean 100 meters from the beach and in the center of Hourtin beach.

Our family accommodations are fully equipped for an excellent holiday.
Leaving the residence, the shops, restaurants and children's playground are directly at your feet, not to mention the surf schools.
The location of the apartment allows you to enjoy rest on the beach, walks or bike rides in the forest, without using your vehicle.

The accommodation:

Our duplex apartment is located in a residence on the 1st floor.
The surface area of the housing of 32m2 loi carrez to which must be added the sleeping area of the mezzanine.

It consists of an entrance, 1 bedroom with a bed for 2 people (140x200), a toilet, a living space including a living room, a south-facing terrace.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and storage.
1 sleeping area on the mezzanine with a double bed (140x200) with storage.
A bathroom (shower and sink)

A private shed to store beach boards and equipment is located in the inner courtyard of the residence.

The equipped kitchen has:
Tableware, water glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, frying pans, pots, salad bowls... hob, microwave, 2 coffee makers (Dolce gusto and Nespresso), 1 fridge-freezer combination. 1 worktop and 3 bar stools.
Everything you need to prepare good meals.

Under the stairs: all the cleaning essentials: mop bucket, vacuum cleaner etc

The living room:
1 sofa, 1 table, 6 chairs, a cabinet of dishes, 1 TV.

A bedroom: 1 bed for 2 people (140x200) duvet and pillows.

1 WC

The terrace, an awning, a bench, a storage chest/bench seat and 1 drying rack. Possibility to use the dining table on the terrace.

Upstairs:
1 bedroom with wardrobe, 1 double bed (140x200) duvet and pillows and bedside table

Bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and vanity unit, towel radiator and hairdryer.

Sleeping area under the slope with storage and 1 bed for 2 people (140x200) duvet and pillows.

Possibility to rent bed linen directly with our On-site provider: 10€ per double bed including: fitted sheets, duvet cover and 2 pillowcases - please let us know when booking.

In the entrance of the residence, there is a bicycle rack at your disposal.

You access the apartment from the rue des Atriplex (next to the osteopathy office).
The staircase in front of you serves the passageway of the upstairs apartments.

Parking is free at Hourtin plage, it is easy to find a space.

Other remarks

The residence being quiet, please respect the peace of the neighbors and do not make noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., we remind you that parties are prohibited.

Our animal friends are allowed in the apartment, provided that he is never left alone in the home, that he does not disturb the neighborhood by barking and that he does not climb on the beds and sofa under any circumstances.
Important reminder: do not let your pet relieve itself in the inner courtyard and keep it on a leash.

Please respect the internal rules of the residence, which are posted at the entrance to the mailboxes.
